STAY AWAY!!! Its been over a week waiting to get my car scheduled to be fixed. It is not drivable. Every time I am told they will reach out but they never do. The last call, the "dispatch" got loud and frustrated because I asked to speak to a manger to schedule my appointment. She got loud and said service will call me back. I informed her that I have been waiting for over a week and this is the 3rd time ive been told "service will call". Her response..."they always call when I schedule it!". Thanks but not helpful.

I had register an appointment, and the mechanic Michael came out to do a diagnostic on my car. And said there was nothing wrong, fixed a few things and charged me $150 for it. When in reality, the mechanic said he would cancel the appointment so I would only be charged $50 for the cancelation fee. What a waste of time and money. It's convenient but the fact they say one thing and do another is complete bs. Service if 5 stars but the customer support and their word as a business is bs. Never using them again.

If I could give zero stars I would I asked for a wind shield motor repair and they did a half ass job the wipers only went a quarter of the way and when I asked them to fix it they told me I needed to pre authorize for another transaction instead of fixing there error please save your money from this company they suck

Needed a mobile mechanic when I noticed a huge puddle under my car. He came out, took a look, said he couldnt help me and charged me the full price to diagnose my car! I received no diagnosis in exchange for my money. $$$$ = 0. Will never call them again.

If I could give less, I would. Mechanical showed up, said he didn’t know much about my model car, didn’t have the tools to work on it , diagnosed nothing, and I got charged $150. Then when I sent communication to complain, I received silence. Don’t spend your money here.

Great experience! Scheduled for an oil change and wipers update for my MBZ - he actually did a whole check of the car: brakes, tires, transmission fluid, etc. Even refilled my wiper fluid. AND it was cheaper and faster than my dealership service. Highly recommended!

Original work couldn't be completed because mechanic said need another part. They left my vehicle taken apart. They were unable to get part. I had to order part from dealer. A week later when I received the new part, I was to simply call their customer service to reschedule same mechanic to finish the job. All went well, mechanic was wonderful and fast. However when I got final bill, they charged me $200 per hour for 3 hours and for fluid. Originally quoted $150 per hour. When I called to dispute, they said because the mechanic had to come back they charged me premium rate without my consent. They said would send my issue to resolution team. Never heard back and never got back the $150 extra they charged my card. The mechanic only took 30 minutes to complete the work and was charged for 3 hours at $200 per hour labor. They also charged me for the first appointment that left my car taken apart and unusable. Bottom line is the mechanic was the best, but this company is really shady. Don't use unless money means nothing to you. Ps, I saved up for almost a year to get this work done. Not cheap!
