These guys are a really honest and hard working company. Finding a shop that is honest is hard, but these guys are amazing! They even tell you if you could do some work, but they sometimes say if it were them they would do one fix and then wait to see if the other fix is needed, but of course they leave it up to you. We have had them do our repairs and diagnostics on all our car ever since we found them. Dan is great and his buddy Chris is good too! The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because communication on parts arrival and how long they hold onto the car could be improved. We could’ve had our car for a few days and brought it back for when the parts came in, but weren’t really told it was an option or anything like that.

While passing thru St. George on a recent trip, the check engine light came up on our Ford truck. Since it was a Sunday, we spent the night in town and were able to get into Wright Automotive the next morning. Though it was on when we called them, the light was off by the time we got to the shop. They checked things out and felt it was not anything that would leave us stranded on our trip, but suggested we have it checked again when we got home. We did, and no issues since that one time. Thank you to Wright Automotive for being so friendly and for helping us out.

I would highly recommend this automotive shop! They were very honest with there pricing and timing of everything. We were from out of town and needed our water pump/ timing belt replaced. They were able to get me the same day and they quoted me that it would be a 5- 6 hour job and had the parts for my Toyota sienna 2006 van. I was able to get my van back that day and we were back on road. They were very friendly and understanding to my situation.

Let me start off by saying when you walk into this business how friendly everybody is! These guys diagnosed my problem when nobody else could within 45 minutes.. I'm not going to go into detail on how many mechanics I've been to on my truck and nobody could give me a black and white answer. These guys did and I will never take my truck anywhere else. If you want to waste your money and go to a different mechanic so be it. The wright company has my business for life!!

I have a problem car. The clutch went out but no where locally could find this clutch. I ordered one on line and Wright found out it was the incorrect one. I had another overnighted and they sent the same incorrect one. I found the last one at another company. Wright reviewed making sure it was the correct one. They shipped it and it was but Wright noticed a bad cable. They got it and fixed it not to have the same issue every car of this make has. This whole time my car was up on their rack or being pushed around. They never gave me any issue. They charged me what was originally quoted. We just had some horrible health news in our family and the last thing we needed is to have a garage scam us or take advantage of us. Wright was fair and reasonable and fast, very fast. I am very thankful another garage referred Wright because they had the expertise and experience that was needed for this job that no one else could do.

This place quoted me cheaper than 2 other mechanic shops I called. Their work seems to be excellently done and the cashiers are decent. However, when I got my car back, there were black grease fingerprints all over the light fabric of my interior by the driver assist grip handle, which weren't there before and appear to be the prints of a mechanic's greasy hands. Things happen, I know, but they could at least communicate with me and be upfront instead of hiding mistakes.
