They should rename this expess scratch. I took my car through the wash and it left a mark on my car. The owner clains their not liable and its not their fault but they should make sure your car is far enough over to not get hit by the machine

I started coming here a few months ago and I haven’t been disappointed! The vacuums have good air flow and suctioning, the give you a dash wipe and air freshener, and my car is always clean after! It’s affordable and I definitely recommend coming here :)

On June 5th, 2023 I arrived to Express 5 minute Carwash in Hesperia (14076 Main St, 92345). Upon entering the car wash tunnel, a large sign fell over and dented my vehicle. I immediately reported it to the manager, Ivan Galicia. Ivan apologized and said he would repair my vehicle. He gave me a business card to a paintless dent removal business and told me to buy touch up paint and paint the car myself. I was not ok with putting touch up paint on my car since I don’t paint cars for a living. The following day I called Ivan to get a resolution. He completely changed his tone and said he was no longer willing to fix my vehicle. I immediately went to the place of business and asked to see the video footage. I have video footage of the sign hitting my vehicle. I have an audio recording of Ivan admitting to the sign hitting my car. I also have a written statement by the business admitting the sign was only “leaning” on my car. -They damaged my vehicle and admitted to damaging my vehicle. They accepted responsibility and were willing to fix it. The following day they denied damaging my car. I had to get law enforcement and insurance involved. The manager Ivan is very rude and confrontational. He did nothing to try and remedy the situation. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.

I brought my new vehicle here and noticed some scratches. I assumed came from here.(i was wrong). but the owner Ivan showed me how soft the machines touched the cars and even went as far as buffing out my scratches. It looked brand new! Exceeded my expectations and would recommend anyone to use his car wash. Thanks again

This is a very good car wash. The customer service is excellent. Reese is exceptionally polite and engaging. We drive a good 10 miles from our home right pass their competitors to go to this place. Their prices are reasonable and the car wash is great.

Love this place! Really like the early bird specials from 7 am - 11am for $3! At other times, there are no other place that offer a underbody wash for $5! Great deals, free vacuuming with car wash purchase, and wonderful customer service from the staff.

The car wash damaged my side mirror and chipped the clear coat off. The young skinny dude with curly hair acted like he put a ticket in and then deleted it and said hed verify later. He claimed since my car is 2016 and not a brand new car they cant do anything. This was extremely unprofessional. This has been my go to car wash for years through multiple vehicles and has served me well up until thispoint. I hope they can make this right..

I love the buy one get one free car wash and the free micro-towel. The tire cleaner doesn't do a great job. My car comes out clean but then the tires are about three-quarters clean. The vacuum area is always clean. The people are friendly and helpful.
