Tried makin an appointment for a photo inspection for a WEEK and couldn't do it. First tried on a Tuesday, they said it was raining so they couldn't that day I understood that so I asked if they could make an appointment for the next day, they said it has to be the same day. Next day I tried and I got the same excuse, but it wasn't raining, I know because I work literally a mile away. On Thursday I called at 9:00 to see If I could get the appointment and they said the inspection guy wasn't there yet, so I called 20 minutes later and the response was that I have to call at 9 or I have to wait for the next day. At this point I'm frustrated but again, I let it slide. On MONDAY AND TUESDAY I GET THE SAME EXCUSE!!!!!!! Guy wasn't there and I have to call the morning after... At this point I called my insurance company and they gave me the number of another place close called Francesco's. Called at 10:30 and the lady that helped me gave me an appointment for the same day an hour later after my call. In conclusion... This place is a JOKE! eP
