My usual shops were too busy to help me out and other places weren't taking anymore appointments so I scheduled an appointment online with york tire and auto and hoped for the best.They had me in and out in a hurry and gave me options about the repair ranging from cost savings to while you're in there replace it all type options. Second time using York Tire & Auto since moving to P.A.. I spoke with Emily, who is extremely friendly and was able to answer all of my questions, and if not, she called me back with the answers. The turn around time for fixing my vehicle was very quick. Pricing is reasonable. Even took the time to replace my key fob battery while working on my vehicle. My family takes our cars here. They can always service our vehicles within a day or two and are very friendly and let you know the expense up front. I feel when they inspect my vehicles that they are very honest and they send details and pictures so that you can see for yourself what the issues may be. Stopped in on Saturday to install my regular tire that was on my spare tire rack. They look at my breaks and TPMS. I only waited for 1 hour and was out the door. I would reccomend making an appointment. I was lucky to get in. Was quoted a price for breaks. Need to shop around. Customer service was excellent.

This shop worked on our Silverado truck This truck had many wiring issues due to rodents! Now, It is working fine and I drove it about 80miles this weekend with no issues so far. So I really appreciate the help and hard work !!! They were upfront and communicated every step of the way. Additionally they went above and beyond by cleaning the vehicle. I had a sizable nail puncture my rear passenger tire on the way to work. When I came out from work, the tire was flat. I pumped the tire up at Rutter's and stopped at York Tire and Auto on the way home from work. I just moved to this area in Pennsylvania from Maryland. There is so much to do when moving to new place. When I called the lady on phone was so nice and extra helpful, she was able to give me an appointment next day. Then I was late arriving, I got lost but she was so understanding, directed me right to it. It’s a good location, big space for parking, and places to sit while waiting. They did a good inspection and put stickers showing when next emission and inspection is due-which is every year in Pennsylvania. Good family owned, one of the service men also fixed my license plate for free, the nail was reemed out so plate was falling, but he found bigger nails, put it on for me, which solved the problem! The lady at front desk was so caring about everything I need to do with papers I need to keep in car, and encouraged me with understanding about caretaking my elderly parent too. The price for car was expected, nothing more needed. I’m glad I went there, was a pleasant experience. Thank you...
