Michael is a pro. I have had about 10 classes with Michael over the course of the month and I’ve already seen results. Michael works with you to best understand your goals and builds a plan to help you achieve them.
I have a busy schedule and Michael always works around what’s best for you. His meal plan helps me stay on top of the diet and definitely keeps me in check throughout the week. Can’t recommend him enough if you’re looking for personal training services in the Triangle area!

I was looking for a personal trainer in my area that took training seriously, so I reached out to Your Fitness Solutions for a consultation. I met with Michael and worked out with him and I was impressed. He pushed me to my limit by challenging me and I knew I had found the right trainer for me! I signed up with YFS and I have been working towards my fitness goals ever since
. I have started to gain muscle and my body is starting to shape nicely. I was also provided with a nutrition plan along with work out plans on the days I don't meet with Michael. This allows me to also take control of my work out routine and hold myself accountable in order to reach my goal. This is a great place to workout!! If you are looking for someone who is professional, knowledgeable, experience, great communication, great quality, clean place to workout and know how to motivate you this is the place to come!! Michael has been awesome, I can say he knows how to deal with your different needs and wants and as we know getting in shape is not an easy task is a process, but he made it easier and fun!! Unfortunately we were with him in this gym for over 4 months before we moved away, we miss him and his gym and we are trying to keep up with the workouts he prepared for us to continue feeling good and staying healthy. We truly appreciated all his dedication to make my hubby a believer again and his passion for make it happen all those months we were there! Thank you Michael !!!

Michael doesn’t disappoint! I’ve been having problems with my shoulder for a while (not workout related) and it was more evident as we added weights to my workouts. He recommended a chiropractor who has now been treating me for a month. During that time, Michael tailored my workouts based on my visits with the chiropractor. Today was the first day we’ve done a push workout in a month and it was great!!! Michael’s knowledge and his dedication to your overall health is why he should be your trainer.

I went to see Michael for help in starting a fitness program. I’ve never been a regular exerciser, I didn’t know anything about lifting weights, but I knew strength training is an important part of any fitness regime. Michael helped me learn how to use the equipment, learn what kinds of exercises were best for my fitness level, he provided tailored workout plans that I could use on my own and he motivated me to work hard to reach my goals. The Wake Forest location is very clean, never overly busy, and Michael was always prompt, positive, professional and very knowledgeable. It has been gratifying to see my own progress and I look forward to continuing to work with Michael towards my goals.

As someone who is older and with very little gym/exercise experience, I was quite hesitant to sign up for a personal trainer. However, Michael was just incredible. His passion shows in all he does. He customized my workouts and helped me see the beauty in small improvements each week. He is kind and encouraging but also fun and engaging. The gym itself is wonderful. I thought I would be self conscious, but it's a perfect environment. You absolutely can not go wrong by signing up with Michael. I wish that I had known what a great experience this was going to be because I certainly would have done it much sooner. 10 stars!!

I began working with Michael Palevo about 7 weeks ago, and I have had an outstanding experience with him in such little time! I was in search of a personal trainer to quickly prepare me/put me on a workout routine that I can take to college so I can confidently and properly workout independently with the motivation to do so. When having my consultation with Michael, I told him my goals and he has provided me with a plan that has helped me reach those goals to set me up for success! He also set me up on a nutrition plan that went along with my workout plan so I could have the results I was seeking. Michael is very professional, patient, and encouraging, and he never fails to push me to work my absolute hardest. I have all my trust Michael as my trainer and know that he is educated in proper alignment and how to prevent injury. One morning during one of my sessions, I had back pain from a car trip the day before, and Michael worked around my back pain to help alleviate it but still make the most of a workout! The environment of the gym is extremely welcoming and comforting. I would undoubtedly recommend Michael to anyone who is interested in a personal trainer no matter what your goal is!
