I booked an appointment with him a week in advance for 8:00 am and took time off work to accommodate the appointment. I called 10 minutes after he was supposed to arrive and got no response. I tried 10 minutes later and no response. I tried a 3rd time 45 minutes later and he finally responded. "Uhhhhh yeah sorry I can't make it anymore. I might be able to come check out the problem this afternoon but I definitely can't fix it today." I am livid and have never had such bad service. He didn't even have the decency to call and inform me.

Hired him to inspect a car I was looking to buy. He broke the truck and tried to leave with out fixing it. The website also promised a carfax but when I asked him for it he said he couldn't do it but I still had to pay full price. Nice guy but I wouldn't use him again.

Apparently, in my opinion he only wants to do the easy jobs. He will make an appointment and then never show up or call unless you are lucky enough to reach him again. He will then make another empty promise and do the same thing. He started out good, and then just turned into another waste of time. I am done with him.

They are good at what they do. Except that when I tried to call them and either the voicemail is full or they don't return the call. I have had them set an appointment with me & not show up & not bother to let me know anything or even try to set another day up with me. I understand that if it's raining or snowing ( which is a joke for Greenville) that unless you have a garage or covered car port they obviously can't come work on your vehicle & I didn't expect them to but I do expect some kind of contact letting me know that they aren't going to make it or to reschedule with me. The first time I hired this company they on top of it , showed up when they said & communicated with me. They had excellent customer service & showed a little before my scheduled time & got right to work & did a really good job. But I have tried multiple times since to hire them again but can't seem to get ahold of them. I have tried their website, email, calling & everything but get nothing. I have been without my car running for several months now & no way of going without begging for rides & I don't do Lyft or uber because of anxiety issues my child has with riding with strangers. I guess I will have to try & find a mechanic who wants our business because of them doing a good job on what they did repair on my car I have family & friends who are interested in hiring them . When I hire someone & they do a good job or I visit a business etc, I give them credit & tell others about the company or business to try to get them more business or customers but if they done something wrong or are rude etc , I make that known also. So now since I can't get anything going or get ahold of them or anything to hire them for more work , I'm stuck trying to find another more reliable mechanic. This company is fair with their pricing but my recent experience with this business has left me with doubts about them.

My radiator blew in the middle of a busy week and left me in a bind. I decided to try out Your Mobile Mechanic for the repairs and it turned out to be one of the best automotive choices I have made. Service is professional, courteous, qualified, on time, convenient, and reasonably priced. The shop comes to you. In addition to the radiator, Jonathan also identified and repaired several problems I wasn't aware of, including a very important ABS problem. My car is running better than ever. Highly recommended!

Called Jonathan out to fix my van because he has done pretty good for us in the past. He misdiagnosed and fixed the wrong part on the van. It cost us almost $700 and the transmission went out 2 miles down the road. We would not have fixed what he fixed had we known about the transmission. Jonathan made no attempt to try to remedy the situation or even give a partial refund for the misdiagnosis. Now we don't have the money to repair what really needs to be fixed on our family van because of what we paid him.

Jonathan always does a great job. He's our go-to guy when we're having problems with any of our cars. Pricing is always reasonable. He always does a good job of explaining what's wrong and showing me exactly where things are and what they do. It's hard to find a mechanic that has the customer's best interest in mind but Jonathan is an exception to that stereotype. I would recommend him to anyone.

My window stopped working and the dealership quoted me $465 to fix and replace it. I called Jonathon who I found online and came to realize he was a certified master technician, not some fly by night repair man. He was very familiar with what the process involved and quoted me a price much less than the dealer. Jonathon arrived on time and it was easy to communicate with him via text,email and phone. He came to my work parking lot which was perfect because I didn't have to worry about hitching a ride to and from the repair shop. Turns out I didn't need it replaced at all and Jonathon was done in about 30 minutes. He only charged me for his time and not the unneeded replacement part. How many mechanics in this situation would have screwed me over? There would be a ton who would take that money and run! I'm glad I've found an honest mechanic and I'll be using Jonathon for all of my future repairs and service needs.

Does not follow-up with things he say. Asked for quote on alternator and kept calling back after he stated he would give me a quote after finding the part. After two calls and text messages with no response had to move forward to obtain someone else.

I would recommend this business to anyone. My husband and I had been trying for WEEKS to get help with our Motorhome that would not stay running. Businesses would either not call back, not answer their phones, or not show up. Johnathan was the first mechanic to return my calls and show up on time and ready to work. He is incredibly professional. He comes ready to work, with all of his tools in his awesome truck. He even went so far as to check our tires before we drove away. You can tell that he cares about his customers and works hard to make life convenient for them. The only thing I regret is not calling him sooner.

Jonathan is awesome. Showed up while I was at work and fixed my Lincoln MKZ suspension right in the parking lot while I worked. I am so impressed with this service that I have hired him to come back next day to repair my wife's Volvo. Turns out Volvo's are his specialty which is great news for anyone who has ever had to service one. I would recommend Jonathan to anyone who does not have the time to drop off a car for repair or oil change. He is professional and even kept the car clean while he did the repair.
