The guys at the oil change service are good, but the receptionist doesn't treat customers well. I didn't like her; I asked her to give me change in smaller bills, and she didn't take it well.

Figured I’d give this Car Wash a try I paid almost $28 to get my truck cleaned. The outside was phenomenal When they got to the inside, they did not clean the center consul the carpet or the mats, including the cupholders. After speaking to the manager he requested that I paid more money for those spots to be cleaned That’s totally not right Avoid this Car Wash at all costs

I love this place ! They do an excellent job! Before they do anything to the car, they tell you everything that needs to be taken care of! You can also tell they are God-fearing people, and treat you with dignity and respect. Can’t get any better than this. Wish I could give more than five stars. 🙏🏾 They always do better than a 5 star ⭐️ service.

I am disappointed with the service at this car wash. Every time I bring my car, it is not dried properly, and there are always water drops left on the windows. It makes the car look unfinished, even after paying for the service. Iast time I told the workers about it, they ignore me and move on to the next car.

Very disappointed The oil cap was left very loose and a couple of days after my oil change. I got a emissions blight warning on my dashboard. And luckily, I was able to see that the oil cap was not put on properly.

If I can give this place zero stars…I most definitely would. Just got home and looky here. And I just left there and I complained because they didn’t clean the middle part inside. I’m done with this place and I’m complaining to Better Business Bureau. Screw this place.

Jekyl and Hyde experience. Went for the "full service" car wash which I thought would be a quality vacuum and wash. They barely vacuumed. The results were like they weren't even looking at the car because obvious amount of vaccums were missing. Will not go back to this location again. The oil change was good but maybe it is because I do not know about the details. It was fast service and the took me at the end of the day. Arrived at 545pm and they took me in for an oil change. Just be aware that oil change costs are not as cheap as advertised. It will be based on your car type which seems to be a standard practice.

This is sloppy car wash , don’t matter how much you pay they just clean the car the same way. I paid platinum price and they really did a $10 wash. Don’t waste your money here.

Great experience at Zap Car Wash & Lube of Fair Lawn. I got auto detailing, interior vacuuming, and an oil change done, and everything came out perfect. The car looked spotless inside and out. Staff was professional, fast, and the price was great. Definitely recommend!
