Great service! I had maintenance due for my Mercedes. I also had front and rear brakes replaced. Very easy to schedule an appointment on line. They are very thorough with checking on all the other areas for wear and tear. Michael/Neil were informative and very nice. I appreciated that they were even willing to stay over their regular hours to finish up the work So I could get my vehicle back the same day. Highly recommend.

I’ve been driving my 2013 ford escape that currently has 183,000 miles for a lil over 10 years. My goal is to drive her until at least 230,000 so I can say I drove her to the moon- ha!! She had been making all sorts of racket. Last year I took her into a mechanic who had some suggestions for repair which I did- but didn’t make much of a difference. This past Tuesday I brought her to Zarn & was blown away from the amazing service. He wanted to make sure we were in the same page for the weird clunking and noises I was concerned about & insisted we drive it around a little. I elected to do a diagnostic to also figure out what things I needed repaired to drive my escape safely. They have an awesome system that provides a link that lists each item with red (critical) , yellow (moderate), & green (good) along with the cost & you select the services you want repaired. It made figuring out what we wanted repaired very easy. I had new rotors, new brake pads & fluid, oil change and an engine mount repaired (it was collapsed) for a very reasonable price. I picked my Escape up & it felt like I was driving a totally different car. No more clunking and thudding- I am so impressed & satisfied with the services received & feel safe driving my escape. We will be bringing all vehicles to Zarn from now on! Thank you so much.

they are phenomenal. absolutely fantastic. cannot recommend enough. they did an amazing job. brought in my 20yr old truck for work. the list must have been at least 20 items long. they got most of it done in a couple days. the remaining work was mostly just waiting on parts to come in. they are so nice and knowledgeable. they work with you on what you want done. ive had my truck back for a week and zero complaints. they did everything right the first time. prices are fair and if they feel like the cost is more than the worth of the vehicle, theyll tell you. theyll still do the work if you want it, but the honesty is very appreciated. lets you make the best decision. will definitely come to them for any future work.

Zarn Automotive did a fantastic job on our 2013 Fiat Abarth. Has some tricky suspension issues and steering rack problems that was causing very loud rattling noise & shakes. Mechanics did a job at asking questions and listening to my concerns. Together we were able to find the best solution. Now the car drives and handles like new (no rattles or shakes). Very expensive repair, but well worth it. If you want it done right, I highly recommend Zarn Automotive.

Recommended by a friend, called them up late afternoon, told them I was having issues with my alternator. They had the part there the next morning. This is the best mechanical repair shop in Tulsa.. not cheap vehicles either mine is a 2018 Grand Jeep.. just less cost… saved me $600++ or more on labor and parts than the dealership for same work and replacement.
