I can’t recommend this auto repair shop enough. As someone with the worst luck with cars and being a young female, I often feel I get taken advantage of when I bring my car in for repairs. I thoroughly trust the employees here to be honest and upfront about my car. Not only do they take care of you, they thoroughly document and explain why they are recommending a repair. They take responsibility for any errors on their end which says so much about their integrity. They are also quite prompt with repairs and open 7 days a week which with my chaotic work schedule is another bonus. They helped to work with me and prioritize the most important repairs when I couldn’t afford everything at once. If you want to go to a shop where the workers are honest and work hard, this is the shop for you.

My son took his car here to diagnose a problem with his radiator. He gave his recommend repair and estimate. He also told my son he had to replace the timing belt. He gave him a high cost over $1700. His father is an ex mechanic in a different industry now. He said he’s just trying to charge him extra for because he has to take the timing belt off to get to the water pump. So my son decided to go elsewhere. This guy had the nerve to tell my son never to come back that he’s only looking for dedicated Customers. How unprofessional and rude! You charged my son $165 for diagnosing it I think that’s plenty money. If I had heard that standing there, I would’ve given him my two cents He can’t afford this plus you’re ripping him off. Probably ripping off customers.realizing that you charge for repairs not necessary.

I finally found a mechanic that makes you feel like family. They are extremely nice, honest, and knowledgeable. Everywhere else I have taken my truck, I feel taken advantage of, but not here.. Danny is a genius mechanic who can work on any type of car (my wifes fiat) or truck; and the turnaround time is so quick every time. When you're here, you feel like a priority. Also the price is extremely fair! He does not overcharge for parts or labor (like every auto place I've been!), and let's you know what he has to do before he does it..

We all know mechanics have a certain reputation for overcharging or over recommending unnecessary things to maximize profit and I have recently experienced exactly that at the “Stealership” as I call it. I took my 2005 MINI Cooper in for no compression in valve 3 and was given a $38,000 repair estimate in which I had to purchase a used engine and provide it to the dealership for them to install. That opinion cost me $675.00 and obviously my car is only worth $1500.00 on a good day so obvious PASS on the repairs. Only to have a mechanic friend inspect it and he was able to complete the repair with $18.00 valve spring that broke and 30 minutes of labor and had my car running perfectly again in under an hour and for less than $150.00. Long story short Danny at 14.7 Complete Auto Repair was the best repair experience I’ve ever had. From the start he was friendly, knowledgeable, transparent about pricing which was more than reasonable and made me feel like I could trust in him and know I was going to get an honest quote on repairs needed and not a bunch of suggested repairs that we would all love to do to keep our vehicles in top shape. He took time to explain the recommended work to me and why it’s needed and even gave praise on work we already he’d done that was done well. I have complete trust in his opinion and more important in his integrity and work ethic and I would highly recommend taking your car to his shop and know with confidence that you will be in good honest hands. Thank you Danny for being a shining example of impeccable standard and proving not all mechanics are going to take you for a ride. Pleasure doing business with you and I will certainly send my customers your way going forward, you are top notch!

Danny and his crew are top notch mechanics! Brought my 2006 Chevrolet Avalanche in because of a bad ticking noise, Danny knew right away what was wrong. He gave a fair estimate of cost to repair, explained everything needed, and the final bill matched the original estimate.
