They gave me a great price, I was being strong-armed by a local big dealership for an absurd price, but 1st choice was competitive and affordable. Took my rig in to get the tires rotated,. First time there....... It was a bit of a weird experience,..... I was hoping the mechanic would communicate, Even briefly about what I needed,... That didn't happen,...... Not sure if I will be Returning.

Diagnosed back window problem on my BMW. Kept me informed and set up appointment for when the parts come in. Excellent customer service because they could of done something that would of cost me $1600 instead of the $200 at the dealership it cost. So thankful for that. Will continue to go there and refer others there as well. Five stars but if I could rate higher I would. Thanks again 1st Choice Auto!! ****Also I recently needed brakes and called up 1st choice and they got me in three days later and fixed my brakes and rotors. Super fast service and high quality work. My 2011 BMW 328i definitely wouldn’t be running if not for the guys down there at 1st choice. My starter went bad at the end of the day Wednesday 7/23. I had it back on 7/24 by 3:30pm. As always I wouldn’t take my car anyplace else. The price comparison to other places is hands down the best around. If you want your car fixed and fixed correctly at a fraction of the cost of the dealership or other garages… take your car to 1st Choice. Can’t say enough good things about this place.

The team here is very professional and accommodating. Matt and Scott both took some time out of their busy schedule to run diagnostics on my check engine light and then to find why my transmission fluid was leaking from. Being that I am a student, they worked with me to fit an appointment that was both timely and convenient for both parties. I do not know much about cars, but I know that this job is not just a "1,2,3" task. However, they worked efficiently and my visit was only an hour! I cannot explain how valuable their service is to me, I would most definitely recommend their services to anyone who asks. I also appreciated how patient they were with my lack of knowledge. They answered my entire list of questions so that I am better prepared to have the car serviced. The pricing for my visit was more than competitive, I am very grateful to have visited 1st choice auto. It was such a relief to find a trustworthy and transparent auto repair shop!
