Customer service when calling sucks it hangs up when trying to reach the 228 Customs department no direct line in the answering line when calling in to connect to them went in to have rims put on been a week almost due to service of other vendors other then these little issues service with the guys is great they are very professional when he comes to your ride Both guys are top notch i recommend for your next service drop your car off

Excellent Service and Unexpected Discoveries at 228 Customs Gulfport. I had an emergency situation with my car hauler yesterday that needed immediate attention to prevent a costly repair down the line. I looked up the nearest trailer shop and found 228 Customs to be the closest option. I explained my problem to a friendly gentleman (can’t remember name) and he promptly brought a couple of technicians to assess the situation. Initially, it seemed like they might not be able to help me, but just as I was about to leave, Zach stepped in and offered to fix it for just 1 hour of labor. This act of kindness was generous considering there was little profit for the shop. Moreover, during our conversation, I discovered that they offer a Nitrous refill service, which I will be utilizing today. And they do custom fabrication that I will definitely need in the near future for my JEEP’s and other cars. A business never knows how a seemingly simple 1-hour job might lead to future services! Zach truly saved the day and has earned 228 Customs more of my business. I highly recommend their services for anyone in need of expert assistance and a friendly, accommodating team. Hope this reaches the owner! I was out and about getting quotes for exhaust work on my car. Remembered about 228 from a car meet several months ago and decided to go in not really knowing what to expect! Talking to the people behind the counter (Zach and Zach) both were very helpful and never pushy when deciding on a new system. They gave me some great options with modularity and expandability that I favored! Upon lifting my car, they looked over it and showed me some linkage that was faulty, but upon spinning my front tire, it was near failure. I had no idea, and thankfully, they had lifted my car with a nice lookover. They even mounted my spare free of charge! Needless to say, I bought two new tires from them at prices I could not beat (literally). Will 110% recommend anyone to go to these guys, just might keep you out a ditch!

These guys are the go-to if you ever need anything custom/modded done to your car design wise. They’ll make your car look super clean on the fitment, always keep you updated on your car no matter how busy they are. All the guys there are great when it comes to customer service and are really cool. They fixed a broken/horrible air system on my Civic Si and replaced it with coilovers and it looks amazing. Put a new splitter/bumper and it’s super clean. They know what they’re doing most definitely. 10/10 at their job and 10/10 with their service as well.

Came to the Shop at 1230 and no one was there (inside). Stood there 5 minutes and no one ever came in so I took a business card off the desk and left. Called the number on the card and no one answered. Went the the web page and called the number there and got the Nissan dealership who transferred me to a used car salesman. He told me to call the number I had already called with no answer. Called that number again and no answer.
