10/10!!
My husband came in with a knee injury. Dr. Itoro Obot and the entire staff (April, Vicky, and others) were seriously great. My husband does not speak any english and everyone was extremely kind, understanding, and made sure he was properly taken care of. Dr. Obot went above and beyond to make sure his pain was relieved and his condition was resolved to the best of her ability. We are truly thankful and would recommend this facility and Dr. Obot to anyone in need.

It is good that there are 24 hour urgent care’s available. I appreciate them especially in times of illness.
Parking at this location is challenging. There is a parking garage a block over but ghat is not the best walk of a person is sick.
I was probably asked for either money or food by four different individuals between parking the car and arriving at the clinic. That can be rather put-offing.
The entry is unremarkable to the clinic. So unremarkable that it is easy to pass by.
On entering, there is a desk where you pay up front for services, $250, for our visit. Then there is a large waiting area. We were the only ones there on this day initially. We were there for 3.5 hours.

My ankle is broken or fractured I filled out the paperwork and they front desk didn’t put me in the system,I waited 2 hours before someone told me I wasn’t in the system & then told me I had to wait another 2 hours

Dr. Obot is the best doctor I have encountered dealing with the disease I have. She really cares about her patients and makes the patients feel like the doctor cares. My visit with Dr. Obot was the best, she literally saved my life. I had this going on I didn’t know was wrong with me and she handled everything with no problem. This is by far the best doctor I have encountered.

Yes I’m not surprised that the doctor who owns urgent care and his office manager has been Indicted by the feds, two days ago for Health care fraud. This is public information. They where billing Medicare/ Medicaid for services that wasn’t being did. Etc……. Also they where allowing new doctors to see Patient’s alone when the new doctor should’ve been Supervised by a doctor with More Experience. And the new doctor needed 100 hrs being Supervised before seeing Patient’s alone . But urgent care allowed new doctors to see patients first day on the job. I remember going there and was treated very bad. And why I got my bill from my Insurance company. Urgent care tried billing them for service I didn’t even get nor went in for. As a current Nursing Student I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Front Desk was amazing, friendly, thorough and efficient.
Nurse/MA did not complete all vitals and performed all Upper Respiratory Infection Swabs without wearing gloves.
Dr. S appeared to ready to go, lacked bedside manner, and told me my lung sounds were clear although he never used the stethoscope or had me take deep breaths to check. No physical focused assessment completed by looking at my eyes, ears, mouth, or throat.
In the end, he wanted to prescribe me more meds although there was no diagnosis of my condition, no chest x-ray or bloodwork completed which didn’t seem right to me.
Best thing about this experience is it taught what NOT TO DO AS A NURSE & reminded me to always be ethical and provide the care to my patients that I would desire.
Left me with a $150 bill and no answers which is disappointing. I will never be visiting this establishment again.

I will never ever come here again. I only came because it was a medical emergency. Where my life was on the line. Very disrespectful and rude nurse .she couldnt care less if i got the shot or not. I dont want to say names or anything. She wanted me out because there were close to closing. Threatened to call the cops on me. They charged me and didnt do nothing or give me nothing due to a dog bite. They said you have to go emergency room for rabies shot. Couldnt give me any antibiotic or tension shot due to the bite. Nothing. I asked for a refund and woman in front said i cant do that for you so i grabbed manager number and messaged her what the problem was and who the name of the employee was. She didnt want to give me her name to me so i had to ask the woman up front. Very dirty place too . Especially when you coming in. I felt nasty. Treat people the way you want to be treated. One day if she in similar situation or one of her kids and family members was in this situation and someone ended up dying because someone couldnt do anything. They will never regret or forget the people that caused it. I do let things go. I just want people to know how ive been treated at this place. Dont know why you signed up to work and save peoples life if you dont care about someone life. Dont be a nurse or work at a hospital. I didnt sleep all night due to pain my fingers were leaking a lot of puss /white stuff/clear liquid coming out. I went to another urgent care since they closed at me at 10 pm at night went to one that opened in the morning to get treated. I am in good health and got taken good care of at this other urgent care. I had told the urgent care i went too how this place took very bad care of me. She is very lucky nothing had happened to me because my family would of sued you guys if something did or was to happen to me. Im very angry and disappointed Its not about the situation i was in but if someone else life was on the line and got treated like that i would be angry too. I had problems and she didnt want to hear about it. I asked her what to do. Couldnt give me any tips or anything. Just said go to Emergency room. 06/13/24 2024 9:00 o clock. Hate your team you guys have. Need a serious meeting or something. Serious. This is very unacceptable i walked out angry and i did yell at the woman in the front. If anything happens to me its on her tonight. Thank god nothing did happen because a different urgent care did take care of me in the morning. Just wanted to come here let you guys know. If your dying or have a spider bite or have any venomous going on you. Dont bother coming in. They wont call a ambulance for you. But they will bill you. They would rather have you suffer and die than take care of you. Also they dont wear name tags . It all depends on the person and how there day went. So hopefully you guys dont get treated by the woman that didn’t treat me. I hope no one has to go through this. thought i was recording her when i was on video chat with my girlfriend. My girlfriend witness everything and said how rude she was talking to me. Just because you had a long day and bad day. Dont rub it off me because my life is on the line.
