Great crowd of people the owners are very knowledgeable with their diagonostic equipment, made sure I knew each problem before any repairs were made. If U have any problems in the St. Louis area I highly recommend these guys!!!!

Terrible service.... I wish the manager learned how to talk without using every curse word available in the English language..... You are a shop manager not a bouncer at the strip club use words. I cannot believe I was there to witness the shop manager speak to someone like that over the phone regardless of what the issue is if you run a professional shop talk professional. I will never ever be back.

Full Service Automotive has been amazing to me! My first experience was with normal services on the 2008 Santa Fe, they didn't up sell me and work was completed in timely manner. The second and third time working with them was when my catalytic converter was stolen from my car, 2 times in less than 3 months. You can imagine the headaches this caused, insurance was a giving me the run around but Full Service Automotive stayed on top of the insurance company and keep me updated every point of the way (the insurance company wasn't that forthcoming with the information). Communication and knowledge are key, Full Service Automotive excel in both these areas! They will be getting my business from here on out!

We used this company for a mechanic service yesterday 12/01/2021 Everything was fine. ( The guy gave to us a good service) What happened next is totally absurd. Shortly after we gave the Cc to pay for the service someone used the credit card to paid personal purchases! Wonderful place Very friendly crew and staff. Frank is outstanding and very helpful for all you needs. Had my truck in this shop 2 times now and will for sure be returning. They were able to pin point the problem hooking it up my truck and fixed the trouble with out trying to sell me any extra Items like some other Mechanic have in the past that you really do not need. I also had a bigger problem needing ball joints and tie rods they where able to replace them and get me up and running. They are Very professional and take pride in the work they do. So do not 2nd guess this Company/Automotive Give them a try and I am sure you will be just as satisfied as I am and was.

There isn't a car Frank couldn't fix!! He has lots of experience. He takes pride in making sure his customers are happy. We wouldn't go anywhere else. We thought going to the dealers was always how we had to get the best service until we found Frank. We certainly were wrong. He will do whatever he needs to do to make his customers happy. Great to have a reliable service car company. There are a whole lot more than not that will just take your money!!

My Nissan suddenly made a strange noise in the cold season. I went to Nissan service to check the cause of the problem, but was told that the inspection fee was 209 dollars, which was too expensive. So I found full service. The boss checked the problem for me for free. He was very professional and trustworthy. I finally chose to replace the fan here. Since then, there has been no noise and everything has returned to normal. Thank you
