Very happy every time I need service for my car. I can generally get my car in quickly and the service is great. I like to drop my car in the evening after hours and pick up the next day. The area is well lit in the evening to feel safe when you leave the key in the drop box. The service is honest and reasonable. I tell all of my friends to get car service at 2480 Autos!

This was my first time getting an inspection since moving to New York, I drive a 2003 Chevy tracker and take pretty good care of it, only has 95,000 miles on it. I was a bit nervous for someone taking me for a loop during this process due to the old age of the vehicle. Sure enough, first spot I went to was Mavis on deleware and these guys quoted me $500 plus in repairs to pass the inspection, citing things as extravagant as needing a new windshield wiper. I immediately told them I’d pay the cost for the inspection and look elsewhere. Glad I stumbled across these guys. Super honest, super gracious to work with. On top of being professionals, the shop is clean and has a nice lobby to wait in. Will be continuing to do business here during my stint in New York.

The 2480 Autos team took great care of my vehicle (which I purchased from them two years ago!) yet again this past weekend. I don't even live in the Buffalo area any more, but I still take my car here! Specifically, I needed an inspection (a service they can now do in-house!) and an oil change, and my front end needed a little clean-up work because someone swiped my car and took off. They squeezed me in on Saturday morning, when I came in from out of town, and they stayed after-hours to finish up the work I needed done that day. Everyone I spoke with by phone (Dan and Anthony) was professional and polite, and Anthony kept me apprised of the status of the work throughout the morning. They answered all of my questions, and did no work without confirming what I wanted beforehand. The team is considerate, efficient, and very fair. 5 stars!

2480 Autos is the best, they’re the only shop I trust in Buffalo! I’ve been going here for years now and recommend it to all my friends. My first time coming here, I was a broke college student with a broken down car. I chose to come here based on AAA’s recommendation, as well as the fact that they gave me the fairest and most honest quote out of the 25 shops in Buffalo I called. Flash forward 4 years and I haven’t gone anywhere else since. Anthony who has been my mechanic many times is always reliable, gives more than fair prices, and is so kind. They go out of their way to help and make you feel truly comfortable bringing your car here. Not only are they AAA recommended, but they are a family place with integrity! Even though I am moving an hour away I will continue to come here. I have always felt that many car shops take advantage of women and overcharge/deceive you, but I have never once felt that way here. In fact I feel the opposite! They have never tried to sell me on things I do not need either. Appointments are easy to make, and they are fast and efficient! They are always transparent about what things will cost before doing any work, and it is always affordable and fairly priced. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking! They do amazing work!

Great shop!! I've been taking my cars here for years and couldn't be happier. They have quick turnaround and never try to get me to do unnecessary work. Instead, they give recommendations to prolong the life of my car and advise that down the line work will be needed (like breaks in the next few months) so I can budget accordingly. Highly recommend!

I can’t recommend 2480 Autos enough! I knew my Jeep was in good hands from the start. I was involved in a hit and run, and they were quick to assess the damage. The repairs were done so timely and they communicated with myself, insurance and my rental company promptly, as needed. It now looks like nothing ever happened! This place is awesome and I highly recommend! Got a wheel well liner replaced and an oil change, I’m a first time car owner and the guys were so helpful and really went above and beyond. Price is more than fair and again everyone is so accommodating and really make you feel like you can trust them with your car. This was the first time I’ve ever taken a car to a mechanic and for any car issues in the future I’ll definitely be taking it here!
