I've gotten a lot of work done in the past year there that I've been very happy with but I just had my car there this past week and I was very disappointed walking out of there not with the work but the communication sucks. I needed almost $1,000 worth of work done so I asked for a battery that was $20 cheaper and they failed to do that they just put the one in for the price that they quoted me on and honestly I think they should have dismissed the $50 charge to find out what was wrong with my heat because I got all the work done there and parts for like I said almost $1,000 I think they could have knocked that $50 off I mean that's what they did when I took it in to find out what was wrong with my air conditioning so that was disappointing and on top of that I dropped my car off first thing Tuesday morning 8:00 they called me at like noon to give me a quote I called him back an hour later and told them to go ahead and do it and they said that it would be done by the end of the day but it wasn't which was fine but nobody called me to tell me anything so I was expecting a call first thing in the morning but I never got one. I called them at 8:30 and he told me that it should be done around lunch time waited until 1:00 called them the guy told me he was about to go on lunch when he got back in 30 minutes it should be done waited until 3:45 called them again he said another 30 minutes and finally I got the call at like 4:15 it was done. Just a very disappointing experience this time don't know if I'll be going back.

Angel was amazing Rich was awesome with my warranty work all the mechanics was respectful and nice with my car I didn't get it back and didn't have grease Mark seats was nice and clean they went above and beyond for my car all the suspension worked front and rear alignment and a water pump everything was cleaned off leveled off marked and dated they went above and beyond my expectations I would tell my mother or grandmother to go their car fixed. And by the way the owner was amazing very respectful very knowledgeable and let me know what was going on don't meet two too many owners of the company that's at home but he was at the shop getting down and dirty even offered me a lamb chop thanks guys I'll be back

They are courteous, friendly, professional, very knowledgeable, fair in their pricing, excellent in their service and communication but most of all they are trustworthy and very honest, which is hard to find today!!! When you take your car to them you can have a piece of mind that the work that will be done is warranted. I cannot say enough good things about these guys! If you need any type of car repairs, take your car to them, you will NOT be disappointed!!! We will not take our car for repairs any where else accept 28th Street Auto and Tire. We are customers for life!!!!

I don't care what anybody says about this place. If anybody had anything negative to say about Scotty or his business I think people need to take a step back and realize maybe how their attitude was,or how they were when they were in there. He will work with you, he's kind he's very generous and I have absolutely not one bad thing to say. If I've ever had issues with anybody there or with my car he's always been right there to fix everything that I need and then some. I have had about four maybe five cars through him! I just got rid of a '06 and he upgraded me to a very much newer model of mine with a backup camera and all that, made me feel all fancy & thangs.. My grown sons have even come to him! Hell my exes still go to him! So always consider the source when you're reading a review because trust me half the time they're not true.

If you’re looking for an honest, efficient shop - look no further! They tell it like it is and give options. Big plus - you are supporting a local business.
