Had warranty on alternator purchased online through website. Refused to replace at same price as originally purchased. Instead refunded the discount price then insisted I pay full current price for replacement part. Also asked them to price match on a gallon of Lucas, they proceeded to tell me I was 'taking money out of *their* kids mouth'. The managers are the ones that weren't professionals the counter guy was more helpful and professional then them.

Never have the part in stock, online ordering is a joke. Manager always has an attitude about everything, very unprofessional in this store. No care what so ever. Order parts online that are in stock go and pick up 3hrs later, oh we don't have that in stock. Go to any other parts place but this place. People behind the counter should be working at McDonald's not a part store

I go there and buy my stuff cuz usually when you walk in people try to help you when they're really busy though they can't do it too much cuz there's only a couple people they all come outside and they'll put your light bulbs in if you buy your light bulbs there you know being us being a female I don't know if they do it for males but I know they do it for me and I'm very grateful I would recommend going there to get your parts for your car

Not only did the employee not know what she was doing when using obd reader on my car but she accused my wife of stealing and was extremely rude to her before she even actually knew if anything was stolen and when asking the person you accuse of stealing to find the item and they forgot which aisle it was that she set it down ..maybe don't laugh and say "oohh I'm sure you forgot yea I bet" so find it then " not only was she rude and condescending to my wife but didn't even apologize after my wife pointed out the item she accused her of stealing ..she didnt even say sorry she stayed rude my wife opened up her purse to say you wanna check it to make sure I didn't steal anything qnd the woman said she was getting the manager for idk what reaso. But they just came outside qnd started being rude so my wife was rude back...you're employee is rude your manager is rude they're unprofessional and you lost a good customer I come there all the time and frequently not any more though you should look for a new employee and manager bc they're making you lose business and clearly I'm not the only person who thinks so according to the reviews.

Ordered some parts two days ago. Was told they would be in the next day around noon. Went down and one of the two items were there. Was told the final part would be there after three. I called and waited on hold for ten minutes only to be told it would be there in the morning. Went in after noon. Still not there. Told them I wanted a refund. A red haired girl got nasty pretty quickly saying there was no refund because they were never ordered. I asked why I kept being told they were coming in if they were never ordered. Another guy came out and read thru my receipt. I ordered spark plug wires and was billed for anti-freeze which i never wanted or needed. Got refunded the cost of the anti-freeze and the guy asked if I wanted the plug wires ordered. I told him I would walk before I ever got another part from them. Five people working today. One person was being helped. I waited five minutes before anyone even helped me. Terrible training. Poor organization, and plain lazy workers. Don't bother going anywhere near this place!!

Poor customer service. Wife went in for a battery and left without one. Lazy associate just didn’t want to do it. Yeah it was later in the day and dark out. However he was able to light up a few cigs in the short time she was there.

Awful experience. Company did not back up a promise made to write an incident report and to “make sure the guest was taken care of” Accident occurred on their premises and they offered little to no assistance for a fall that resulted in 2 broken bones. Did not offer to call for medical assistance, and did not write an incident report even after being asked to. MOD stated they did not know how to complete an incident report. Spoke with GM and DM and they said “we will take care of this” as they apologized for not assisting as they should have. They did not return next day calls as they promised. Almost 2 months later, a hard cast on, and still extremely swollen. DO NOT EVER trust anyone on this management staff. To see an 80 year old 85lb customer fall and not offer assistance other than sitting in a chair for 5 mins and then let leave alone with 2 broken bones… Very disappointed.
