Probably won't come back to this location, bought a valve cover gasket for $35 that was torn brand new, didn't realize it until my car was spewing oil out the back where the rear of gasket was. I had to run to another auto parts store before they closed so I could fix it. Came in the next day for a return and O Reilly doesn't take refunds on parts only warranty, even if they were defective from the start. I understand it wasn't the stores fault but I was already frustrated about that, I was about to take the warranty part even though I didn't need it anymore until they told me that had to be ordered as well like come on! People have lives and I spent my hard earned money for a broken part?! That's not right whatsoever... So needless to say I will not return to O Reilly, possibly any now.

The manager Alex will go out of his way to send parts back to soon or tell to to bring a title In to prove vehicles belong to you, does not do price match when advertised thet do. He is very rude to customers and staff.. ALL OTHER STAFF IS AWESOME

My battery died so I went here to buy one because it says they will help you put it in so I got a jump got there purchased battery and the women told me they could not put it in for me. I couldn't get home truck wouldn't start again so she gave me a jump but it's very sad they advertise it but won't help like it says. When I went back next day for my core charge they would not give me a discount or anything to accommodate for them not able to put battery in. Very bad service in my opinion.
