I took my Buick Lesabre to Eds on the Saturday before Memorial day to have new brake pads and rotorts put on. I made what felt like a million phone calls that morning looking for not only the best price but for someone who would actually be able to do the service that day. I explained to Ed that I was on a strict time schedule and I also had a very sleepy and crabby baby. Originally he asked me to bring car in and drop off so they could do the work and call me when my car was finished. So instead of sitting there waiting for my car to be finished (had no transportation to go anywhere else in meantime) he told me to take my son home so I could lay him down and come back at 3pm so I would only wait for and hour when it was done. I love the family environment and every one was very nice and accommodating. That same day I paid for an oil change and due to the time and the holiday weekend he asked me to come back on Tuesday morning. I was unable to take my car back on the following tues d/t some family issues. I stopped in about 3 weeks later to ask if they could do the oil change then and was informed that they only do oil changes in the early am. I explained that it was very difficult for me to get anywhere early am d/t my work sched. So ed told me I could bring my car back mid morning the next day. I was still unable to make that time and stopped in about a week later and explained my situation and Ed not only gave me a full refund no questions asked but also gave me a free oil change next time. Several weeks later I called back to get an estimate on replacing both lower control arms on my car and my only complaint was that by time my call was returned I already had my car being fixed by Cruz auto which is in the back of a small car lot on Broadway across from scorchers. I only took my car there instead of ed bc I had already missed 2 days of work since my car was not mobile and also since my car was not mobile it was a lot easier to drive my car one block instead of on the others side of town. Looking back I should have just missed another day of work. The work that the owner Jared promised to do in writing was not done and I cant even get him to return my phone calls. So even though I already paid Cruz auto to do a front alignment I am now paying to actually have an alignemenrt done today (the right wasy - or even at all) at eds. Again Ed has arranged to get me in and out. I am very thankful there are still auto shops who take care of the customer!!!!! The right way.

They were able to replace all four of my tires with matching Goodyear tires that were lightly worn for under $200. No hassle, no attempts to sneak in fees, and good service. I would recommend them if you are in the area.

Please do not go to this place! They don’t know what they are doing! I went to other mechanics and they fixed my problems they said I didint have! Please no disrespect but if you don’t want your car messed up don’t go to Ed’s complete auto they just wanted my money. Told me I had a bad rim and tire charge me 180$ and said they don’t know what’s wrong with my car after putting it on! I repeat do not send your car to this shop! I needed outter tirode and wheel-bearings my car is fixed now without the help of them! They even blocked my phone number thinking I wouldnt find a ride back there to pay and get my car!
