Honestly, this is the best mechanic I have ever been to. They won’t screw you over with ridiculous prices or not knowing their stuff, and they are absolutely trust worthy. I haven’t had the best experience with other mechanics, but when I took my car to this group of guys, they actually knew what they were doing and didn’t just talk big game. I had a big issue with my car, and Tad was right there to help and fix it in no time. Thank you guys, and you will be seeing me again! I would recommend to anyone looking for good techs. Go see them!

After going to another place first and waiting over an hour and half I Google several places found this one. I'm so thankful I did. As soon as I got there I was greeted and told how much and how long. Great customer service, friendly, and being a veteran was able to get a discount that was offered not me having to ask. I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to the guys who helped us with getting our tire all patched up, and re-balanced! We were on our long trek home from South Carolina to Pa when we ran over something that sliced a hole in the tire. They took us right away and went to work on pitching is up so we could get back on the road to head home. They were super nice guys and did awesome work! Thank you!!

My wife and I broke down on the highway the day before Thanksgiving on our way to visit family in SC. We had to wait several hours before AAA could come tow us to the nearest mechanic shop. As every shop was closing for the holiday weekend, the great guys at 301 Express Auto stayed late to make sure we made it to them safely. They were able to diagnose the issue and get it taken care of first thing Friday to allow us to get back to Raleigh in time for work. One thing I appreciated was when they chose the replacement parts, they did not go for the lowest price bargain brand. They chose a brand that they were comfortable with doing the job right the first time. Great ownership. Great mechanic team. Real people that will be honest and get you taken care of. This shop has great customer service! I came in on a Friday to get my car inspected, however upon arrival they noticed me that they had closed. I didn’t realize what time they had closed and said I would come back another day. They said no ma’am, we will take care of you! What a relief! We were driving through North Carolina on our way to Florida when we hit something in the road that tore up our splash guard under the oil pan. It was dragging on the roadway at every bump. We found 301 Express Auto on Google Maps, only a ten-minute drive from our location. The owner dropped everything he was doing to help us out, tying up the splash pan with plastic ties so that it wouldn’t be damaged any further before we can take it to a dealer to have it replaced. I had a wheel bearing go out on me yesterday afternoon-put me on the shoulder of I-95. I called this young man to inquire about a repair…. Well, let me just say AWESOME!!! Polite,courteous and very helpful! He arranged the tow truck and repaired my vehicle! Had me back on road in a couple hours!!!! The price was MORE THAN REASONABLE!!! Deserves 10 stars!!! Went to an oil change place down home in FL and had a check engine light pop up, my car driving running, and gas consumed like it was nothing. These guys identified the problem which was the air filter not connected, not sealed, and the previous people had broke a part of the casing. I’ll tell you what, I was in a real tough spot as I broke down on the highway on my way to a work conference.
