Just witnessed the black Nissan van driving like a maniac. The man was honking in an enclosed parking lot in Downtown Burbank. There’s a lot of people on a Friday night. It’s normal. When he finally got out of the parking structure, he side swiped a Mini Cooper and sped off. He’s gonna hurt people one day. Someone please pay attention to these reviews and stop this man from driving. If you were in the Mini Cooper and need witnesses for your claim, please reach out. I saw the whole thing. I’m sorry that happened to you. People like this need to be punished and off the street.
