I went to this shop so I could order a blow off value for my car. Got told it would taken2 days for them to receive the part and then I could bring my car back in for the work on the car. Well 2 days go by and I call and ask and I get told there’s a delay but can’t give a time frame. My thought was like ummm ok I just saw on their Instagram they had gotten a big shipment in. And they were working on several other cars. Well then I called next day. No answer. Didn’t hear anything from them for like a week. Messaged them on Instagram finally. Still said it was delayed. Needless to say they don’t give you good service. They aren’t helpful for your car. Go somewhere else. These people just want money

The workers seem like cool people but was disappointment with the service. Dropped off car for a whole day to get motor mounts installed and they sold me on getting upper downpipes installed. When i went back they hadn't done motor mounts said come back tomorrow and were trying to keep my cats. Dropped off next day again whole day for them to say they couldn't do original job i went for. I got the feeling they just wanted my catalytic converters. 3k i had spent there and would've spent much more of it wasn't for this experience.

Advertised a good deal on a pads and rotors kit, stayed up online for days, placed order and they cancelled it 10 minutes later with no reason given. When I emailed them asking why they advised it is because their system is having trouble with the brands items and only then removed the item from their website....I debated purchasing for over a week and the item stayed up the whole time. I shouldn't have to ask why an order is cancelled, especially not when it is cancelled within 10 minutes of it being placed. If your system is having trouble with a brand, remove the brand from your store until you fix it.

They precious crew ( 2 years ago)did the mess to my 2022 Kia Stinger, damage my $1200 high flow cat, damage my driver side turbo by incorrect install ,some small thing suck into turbo need to be replacing now.damage my $1560misimoto intercooler tell me part is been damage when is brand new part open at shop, also incorrect install .any way they did full of mess. Hopefully this new crew did better than old one.

Desperately needed an alignment and most shops didn't want to work on my car since its was too "low". This shop shop took me right in. They quickly to replied to my dm's on Instagram and answered all my questions. The staff was welcoming and their mechanic working on my alignment was nice and consulted with me many times to let me know what was going on the whole process. My car felt great after, honestly revived my cars handling. I'm for sure coming back!

Where do I begin with this company? They will go above and beyond for you every time without hesitation. I'm so grateful to have finally have found a shop where I can get work done to my car and not have a second thought doing it. I've gotten a clutch and flywheel install, sparkplugs replaced, new radiator, and some cool carbon pieces too. (Just to name a few things they've done.) I've gotten thousands of dollars of work done by them. Would I do it again and refer all my friends and family? Without hesitation. Amazing prices and even better work. TLDR: professional, skilled, and trustworthy! As a woman, it's unfortunately not uncommon to feel like you're being taken advantage of at auto shops - I never once felt that way there. They treated me with respect, listened to my concerns, & ensured that I fully understood the modifications being done on my car.
