Sam the owner was great! I was referred over by my father. Who also referred my grandfather here as well. They both were pleased with the services Sam provided. He gave a great deal on my brand new windshield . I Brought my car in late afternoon on a Tuesday without an appointment. Of course wasn't promised immediate action however Sam insured they would try their best. Well, in less than an hour with customers ahead of me too, they were finished & I was done as well! To my surprise! Cash for no tax!

This place replaced my windshield same day on such a short noticed. The previous place I had taken it to ordered the wrong windshield, so I came across this place and their customer service was excellent. They have a ton of stock so that made the process quicker - didn’t have to wait to have the glass sent over from a warehouse. All around a wonderful experience. I forgot the gentleman’s name up front who helped me, but thank you again for taking care of things on such a short notice. Definitely recommend. You won’t be disappointed. I had a small crack on the top of my windshield. Then as the week progressed it had only gotten worse where it was cracked right smack dab in the middle. I had told my family and they gave me the number to "Payless Auto Glass." They said they have been there before the price, quality, and service was great. So I went in today and with in an hour my windshield was fixed! The gentlemen who were helping explain and even gave me a nice price for fixing it! Definitely will recommend to anyone who needs a replacement!!!

Not the best place for your residential glass to be cut and installed into your aluminum frame , after giving me a price of $150 I asked Mohammed if it was cool if I called another glass shop , he said go for it , glad I did , I spoke to Rhonda at Redwing Glass at 177 E. Monterey Ave Pomona at she said I could do it just for over $100 while you wait , wasn't but about 35 minutes and I was good to go , thank you Rhonda and Jamie

I woke up in the morning to find the back window of my car completely shattered. Found this place and chose to go to them because of the many good reviews they had and now I understand why. Dropped off my car and they replaced the window so quickly and I was left content and happy that I can drive my car again without having to worry about the window. I wanted to leave a 5 star review for this company. I drove all the way on the other side of Victorville Ca to come to them they are very professional and great people all around. The other company that I went to get an estimate from wanted to charge me $600 with a 60 day warranty this company gave me a life time warranty plus less that I paid . I would highly recommend them when if you drive a distance it is worth the drive. 2hrs max because others had appointments I didn't. Thank you you saved me from a big ticket.

The customer service is beyond phenomenal! I called for a quote over 2 weeks ago and it was close to their closing time. Moe was able to give me a quote after their business hours which I really appreciated it a great deal. Fast forward to yesterday, I arrived for my appointment (I was late), I was greeted and the gentlemen immediately started working on my car. The process (windshield replacement) had taken approximately about an hour. The environment was very pleasant and peaceful AND clean. The price I paid was great also, HOWEVER, I would paid more with no hesitation just based on the awesome customer service.

Amazing service ! Got there at 9:30am and was done by 10:05am, team there did a great job. Customer service was great, very professional, and very receptive. Answered every question, and the prices were also very reasonable. They changed my entire windshield and also noticed my wipers were bad and offered to fix that as well. This is my 2nd time going to them with different cars, and they never disappoints. Always lives up to the expectation. Definitely recommend 10/10.
