Really Bad.... Don't buy there.... Last year (2020) I bought an Acadia from them this just runs for a little bit.... and start having problems we only drive it like a month and the motor go broke.... really bad vehicle.... never buy something there!!

There was no where to park, and a lot of the cars were in piece's or a lot of stuff wrong with them, we test drove a car and had to put gas in it so we could make it back

BEWARE!!! STAY AWAY FROM MR. JACOBS AND HIS BUSINESS. APPEARS TO BE A SHADY. NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. DOESN'T UNDERSTAND OR APPEAR TO TAKE FRAUD SERIOUSLY. IDENTITY THEFT CONCERNS WITH THIS BUSINESS. WILL REPORT TO BBB, ATTY GENERAL & FTC. Mr. Jacobs would not budge to check and see if a fraudulent application was submitted. He denies receiving credit applications through his online applications website. BEWARE!!!

There kinda shady and there mechanic is really terrible . But I did get lucky and got myself a pretty nice little car and I took it to my mechanic he did some minor work on it for me and now its really a nice little car.

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!!!! He gave me a 120 day warranty, when I test drove the car I told him what I needed to have fixed and several more nth later I still can't get it done! He gives me numbers to call for repair places he supposedly uses but the numbers are no good he puts bandades on things saying they are fixed !!! Ive hired an attorney, I hate dishonest people!!!!!

Absolutely aweful. Have been trying to contact them for almost two months now due to issues with the vehicle I bought from them and still haven't received my title which I need to tag the vehicle. Terrible experience don't make the same mistake I did.

They don’t even deserve one star. They are HORRIBLE. They refused to follow through on anything they said even though it was in the contract. They refused to answer phone calls for weeks. Tried to go up there and talk and the owner and employee kept walking away and saying other people were more important ......ANNDDD the OWNER was name calling my husband because my husband questioned things that happened to the vehicle while they were “fixing” it. Calling him a moron, idiot and etc. They didn’t even do any kind of inspection or even cleaned it before posting the vehicle for sale but yet Guaranteed nothing was wrong with it. They had our vehicle “fixing it” for 3 weeks out of the month we owned it. They were driving it all around town and going to many different places with it and refused to tell us where it even was. DONT EVEN LOOK AT THIS PLACE!!!!

Worked with Okoli, he was a very nice young man. We bought a 2014 Dodge Dart with a rebuilt title. Ran the Carfax it was hail damaged. If you feel confident and have experience purchasing used cars and are willing to haggle a bit these guys were great. One of the only trustworthy dealers in this neck of the woods.

Bought a nice car for a fair price but still a few complaints. They said the oil had just been changed but my mechanic said the oil was black and the filter was filthy. The car was clean but not completely. The tires need replaced soon but that’s probably why it was a bit cheaper. The battery also needed replaced. I also got the idea several times that the “mechanic” and Zach lying about how they had driven this car many times just to sell it to me.

Bought a 2008 Honda Civic Hybrid here In 2018, they Later fixed a few small things that I asked (sunvisor was broken). Paid cash that day so I cannot speak for their finance department experience. Needless to say, I paid a fair price for a higher mileage vehicle that was great on fuel and hasn’t let me down (after many MANY more miles) mechanically. The vehicle transaction was smooth and quick and I had my vehicle within an hour. Purchase process was fine, just know you’re getting a used vehicle here. You never know how hard the previous owners have been on a vehicle, don’t get high expectations or think just cause you have to finance that you’re getting a new car that’s going to last forever.

This business has signs for bad credit this business is not the place if you have bad credit this business has signs for in house financing they only will offer that if you buy a vehicle of up to $1,650 this should be clearly visible for all to see it is not . Shady business I had to encounter I was lead to believe with a good down payment of $2000 which was 45% of the vehicle I was looking at good to go by these fine gentleman that run this establishment. I drove more than an HR to this business was told I was good to go but to arrive and I was told I could not get this vehicle they do not help a person with bad credit like me and many Americans today are. To me this is misleading as a company for the salesman to text me a tell me if I don't get it financed they can do in house financing so just fair warning this company does not not work with any bad credit
