Customer service was on point.! I would recommend her to anyone and I will use this company and her team as my future go to. Her team was quick with getting me vehicle in and having it back to me quicker than any other company I have been to including a dealership. Came in for a oil change, not only did they notify me of an extreme oil leak i didnt know I had, Ashley the manager sent me pictures and even helped me understand what i was looking at. The techs were extremely knowledgeable and got my car diagnosed and fixed in 1 day

I recently took my truck to this shop for an inspection, hoping they could diagnose a rear-end issue. They claimed to have thoroughly checked my vehicle and told me I needed to replace the entire rear axle along with the yoke, quoting me about $2,500-$2800. Thankfully, I decided to get a second opinion. It turns out the only issue was that four bolts connecting the driveshaft to the differential needed replacement, which cost me a total of $20. The shop’s diagnosis is disappointing inaccurate and overpriced recommendation. Based on my experience, I would not trust them with any future repairs.

Heather and the crew did a fantastic job. Heather did a great job getting me the best price on parts. I know because I called around after they told me what was wrong with my car. In fact I have been taking my cars to this shop for a few years now and always get good service and usually the best price. There have also been times we have taken our vehicles to the shop and and on simple fixes they do not even charge us for diagnostics or labor.

I had a horrible experience with these people.I took my vehicle in for my AC not cooling.They charged me a little over $600 and called me to pick up my vehicle and said it was ready to go and my AC was working great.Yes my AC worked for maybe 2 weeks and it stopped cooling.They asked me to bring it back in so they could check it again.They told me that it had another issue and It was going to cost more to fix it again.I told them that I would take my car else where since they were not able to fix it right the first time for the amount of money that was paid.The lady at the counter was very very rude and snotty and she refused to give me my car keys back.I had to ask for my keys back at least 5 times.Very unprofessional.One of the mechanics was trying to be helpful but the lady should not be working customer service if she is going to be rude.

So I took my car here for alignment issues I thought I had in my car buttt they ended up doing a total different service (after calling me) and I’m thinking it’s something major and important so I agree to do the almost 700 dollar service and I get my car over a week later and it’s only worse from taking it to that shop. Called the lady that works there if she could tell me anything about it and she says she’ll give me a call back and never did even after I tried reaching back out multiple times. I would not recommend you taking your car here if you don’t know what’s going on with your car and you still got to figure it out. Take it to the actual car dealerships they can help out with anything you need done in a quick period of time too.

This place should be embarrassed with horrible customer service and over quoting people! I called to get a quote on a transmission rebuild, and the lady was very rude and talks like she knows her stuff but knows nothing at all! She calls me back talking about $6 to 7k to rebuild my transmission on a 4.8 GMC sierra, are you kidding me!? I hope people aren't doing business here because that's literally double what every other shop has quoted me! I definitely won't ever be doing business here, good luck!

Very persistent to help find the correct issue and to fix it for the customer. Great communication. Difficult repairs were completed really well! Ashley, the manager, handled everything really well and always communicated. She also had an awesome, positive and understanding approach. I’d trust her over anyone else taking care of cars because she’s honest & really knows her stuff. Tech’s work really hard together to get the car fixed up.

Do not get any work done here I took my truck in for a simple clutch problem and they said it was gonna take 2 days ended up being 2 weeks then they test drove my truck on central around the block and when the was driving he realized I needed brake work done and still came flying in the parking lot cause my vehicle to crash in the building leaving a dent they claimed to fix but now I can’t open the hood and before I took it in none of my engine light were on picked it up and now when I drive it all my engine and gauge lights come on and they still charged me for everything after they damaged my vehicle. Dani is the worst and she will not help you she and her tech will cause more problems then they so call “fix” 0/10 do not recommend

The experience that I have at AAMCO was very pleasant, and Darrell was really helpful to take care of all my cars issues and he was able to help me get financed. The guys that work there are willing to take on issues and fix them. I have really appreciated the new relationship we have established over the last 3 months. Took my car to them in February 2025 for transmission problems and they said they couldn't find anything wrong. They charged me 1200.00 for a fuel induction service, less than a month later I took it back for the same reason I took it in the first time and they said that I needed a new transmission, charged me 5000.00 dollars and my car hasn't been right since along with some other problems that I didn't have at before. I DON'T RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL. POOR SERVICE.
