I trust the 1st Street location, but not the 13th Street location. The latter of which gave me a bad power steering pump for my truck and it went out 4 months after I paid $380 for the repair, which was way too expensive to begin with. The OEM brand lasted 24 years. They gave me a bad Chinese one or something.

Made an appointment two weeks prior to service. Car was there all week. Almost a thousand dollars later vehicle still has the same issue it went in for. One of the employees is rude as hell. She acts like it is a co.plete waste of her time if you call and ask ANY questions about your vehicle.

At this location I have gotten good service, however the W 13 th location will rip u off. They are fraudulent or completely incompletent as they lied about the repairs my car needed. They wanted major repairs on the front end rack and pinion steering. It was fine. Just needed new tires and an alignment. Avoid the West 13th location unless u r an experienced mechanic. They are not a reputable business.

This place is awesome! Everybody is super helpful and kind, they communicated the entire time my car was in the shop, and they were very fast. They even had me bring it back 3 weeks after I got work done to double check that my oil leak wasn’t coming from anywhere else that they missed. Super thorough and I can’t say enough good things about this place!

The best place I've ever taken my BMW. They are so helpful, knowledgeable and flexible! Taking my car in for service is usually a stressful experience, but with Bavarian Imports LLC., I can say I've actually enjoyed taking my car to them. Everyone is super friendly and the cost for repairs are beyond reasonable. I won't go anywhere else!!

Took it in for a minor coolant leak many months ago and immediately received brand new engine lights taking it off the lot. After continuing to go back through their work I've found smashed/exposed wires and mating surfaces where they supposedly put new gaskets were filthy. Bare wires were just a few millimeters from where the new intake gasket was supposed to be, luckily my car didn't catch fire, probably why my car magically started running lean too. Maybe mine was a one off service and these guys truly are great, but that is not my personal experience.

Oh my GOODNESS, I feel silly for not getting the main gentleman’s name that was working today but my boyfriend and I had almost completed a 7 hour drive from Colorado Springs when my engine malfunction light came on and my car couldn’t drive without sputtering. They got me in on a helpless walk-in and found the problem right away. We were out in less than an hour and we were able to continue on our trip no problem. Honestly such sweet service I wish I had them as my local shop for future issues!

Anyone and everyone that owns a BMW that needs service please listen to me right now. These guys will take absolutely the best care of you and will never ever charge you for something that they shouldn’t do. In fact, these guys took care of me today and discovered that they couldn’t help me. It wasn’t their fault they just couldn’t help me because of other reasons. But they did not charge me for checking into the problems that I thought I was having. Did you hear me? They did not charge me. From this point forward, I will always take my car to them. There’s no doubt about it. I will always take my car to them in the future. And you should too.

Bavarian Automotive is the ONLY place I will take my BMW. It’s family owned and these guys are as honest as they come. There’s never any unnecessary recommendations and definitely no “fluff.” The owners have collegiate level knowledge in mechanics with BMW-specific training on top of it. Of note, the 1st Street location also specializes in Mini Cooper maintenance. They’re able to explain (extremely well) exactly what’s going on with the vehicle. If it weren’t for these guys, my precious BMW would be dead. Too many times the issue was misdiagnosed by other mechanics, even those who claim to specialize in “import vehicles,” especially the dealerships. It’s rare for me to back a statement like this so strongly, but I will go ahead and say that taking your BMW or Mini Cooper ANYWHERE else is a mistake. The BEST service makes ALL the difference, especially when it comes to a BMW.

After years of mechanics telling me "I don't know a whole lot about Minis", it's very nice to find a place that specializes in them. Courteous, thorough, and makes sure you authorize repairs before doing anything, and completely breaks down the cost in easy to understand numbers. Will definitely be bringing my Mini here if I have future repair problems in the future.
