Was quoted $200 less than it originally costed for the work to be done after having the car for a week and a half and upon arrival to pickup of vehicle they had caused body damage to the underneath of the car which took them another week to finish... which was their own damage. Let's just say, I will not be a returning customer.

Mark and Annette Joy have been taking care of my family's cars for years. When I take one in for an oil change, they just change the oil. They don't try to sell me a bunch of stuff I don't need. Then when something major needs done, they're always a reasonable price and get us in and out quickly.

Great repair service for my 2007 Ford Fusion SEL red 4 door. I'm glad that I bring my car to this place for repairs. Air conditioning fluid level, oil change, fixing the right passenger door automatic lock is a few items that are being worked on since Tuesday around 9:00 am.

After paying these people to "diagnose" my my car problem, they quoted me $900 to replace the struts and mounts. Not feeling good about this since my 5 year old car has less than 70k, a friend told me about another place to take it. After driving it around the block (literally), the other mechanic told me that my stabilizing links needed replaced. Less than $200 bucks later, my car is running like a champ. Whether they were trying to rip me off, or truly didn't know what was wrong with my car, they were absolutely wrong. Save your money and take your car elsewhere.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. This is my first time giving anyplace a bad review, but they definitely deserve it. My car was there today since 9 AM due to an obvious issue with my CV joints, tires, and probably shocks and links. However, they drove my car said they didn’t hear anything and then proceeded to do nothing with it all day. Mind you they NEVER called to inform me of this . Avoid this place at all costs.

My wife and I drove in from Garden City, upon arriving in Wichita our lower control arm broke on my wife’s SUV. I was at a loss on what to do. By chance, I stumbled upon Joys! I spoke with them and explained my situation. Mark and Annette said that they could help me out and boy did they ever. John from Mullins towing picked up our vehicle and took it to Joys, then I had the pleasure of meeting Tyler, the gentleman that worked on the vehicle. Joys went above and beyond my expectations with their kindness, willingness, and excellent customer service. They were busy but still managed to fit me in for the repairs. I can’t thank the staff enough for the kindness and professional service that they showed us. If you need repairs or just wanna stop and talk to some nice folks, go to Joys!

I had a couple experiences with Joy's. The first was good. They were friendly, honest, and helpful. The second experience wasn't so good. My car had a problem with some of the electronics. I'd called ahead and described the problem and yet the day I took it in the guy who worked on that sort of thing wasn't there. They just cleared the trouble code (which I'd already done myself and that hadn't fixed anything), and told me to come back if it turned on again. That was a frustrating experience.

Joy's is amazing. My alternator died mid road trip to Texas. Joy's was the closest shop I could safely limp the car to. I explained my situation and desire to get back on the road quickly. Jiffy Lube caused serious damage to my car. The Technicians at Joy's disassembled and took pictures of the damage. They replaced the damaged engine with a good used engine per my request. (because I had to pay for it and I am not rich) Then Mark Joy himself came to my court appearance to explain to the Judge how and why the vehicle was damaged. Far better than I could have. Words cannot describe how helpful they were to me. This is a level of customer service you won't find anywhere else.
