I asked them to put a headlight in my accord because the battery would need moved. Three said they would have to pull front bumper and couldn't do it...take it home to my uncle, moved battery and was able to change bulb without removing my bumper...

The attendant outside the other day has no idea what he was doing, had to go inside 4 times to ask someone questions just to finally say they couldn't put 185 tires on my wheels because they have 195 currently on them. But last time i was there they sold me some 205 tires for the exact same wheels. Went and spent my money elsewhere. Your loss Wal-Mart.

I recently had my car serviced Thursday, March 25th. I told them my tire light was on and needed my tires looked at and I needed a oil change. I was leaving to KC that same day. In about 30 min of bringing the car in, the car was ready. Fast forward heading on the road, a little past Eldorado my tire was completely flat!!!! Also because I was going 70 mph my tire was completely damaged and I was on the rim. I even had my kids with me which was scary. I had to pay $70 for towing to the nearest Walmart. The Walmart in Eldorado Automotive said Pawnee and Broadway didn’t even check my air pressure on any of my tires. If they would have checked, they would have found I had a leak in my valve. Eldorado thankfully replaced my whole tire at no cost since the other store was at fault. I was almost 3 hours behind. Fast forward to making to KC, my car started wobbling, of course now I needed a balance & alignment!!!! I had to take my car to the nearest Firestone and paid expensive $350. And my kids miss entry of LEGO land which I pre paid. Firestone explained the domino effect from this whole situation. I ended of spending more on my car on my trip than the actual trip. Even though that tire was replaced, I am still out of over $400 and lost time on my trip.

The location in Newton is the slowest place I've ever had tires replaced. It took over 2 hours to change and balance front 2 tires. They had maybe 2 technicians moving at the speed of smell.

Unfortunately I am unable to 100% prove this. But no one had touched my vehicle dealing with services &/or repairs since Dec except Wal-Mart. Purchased 2 new tires to put on front, had the tires in front moved to back and rotated, so went ahead and got normal oil change package because it was time too. Well estimated a week later my van starts having rpm & shifting issues. Checked my transmission fluid and it was at least an inch above the max dot on dip stick. I know accidents happen, but now I'm having to purchase a new transmission or rebuild the one I have (especially since it only has around 60,000 miles on it). This is my only bad experience though, I will say.

I wish they would’ve inspected the car better and told me that I needed an air filter and a cabin filter and actually did an inspection on the vehicle instead of just bullshitting their way through it

They're fast if you are able to get in early in the morning. Register wasn't staffed for a bit, but not their fault, they were busy doing oil changes and tire changing. Walmart needs to pay more so more people will want to work there, imo.

SLOW..... Not enough help. I was there for an oil change and a top off my fluids and I was there for 3 hours! The staff is friendly, and appear to genuinely know what they're doing, but 3 hours for an oil change because of lack of staff is ridiculous.

I have had 2 new tires put on 2 different times within 3 months . same guys were there both times . They seem to work in order and very diligently. My van felt better driving each time (as it should with new tires) The lady setting the order up was helpful and knew her job. That always helps!!

Made my appointment online. Punctual, efficient, & professional! The manager drove to a part store to purchase a filter they didn't have instore. Amazing customer service. Customers can bring their own parts if they want & the mechanics will do the work. Taking my 2nd vehicle in today! Convenient; I shopped while waiting. Encourage everyone to visit the auto shop for repairs. I hope they enjoyed the candy canes I left them. They deserved a Christmas treat it was a cold day. Better than me freezing while repairing my car.

Car sat over an hour with no service rendered because they claimed they were waiting on signature. We were sitting right in the waiting area. James the guy at the counter claimed he hasn’t got around to calling. Very unsatisfactory. Then didn’t offer an apology or anything. Horrible customer service.

Had them do an oil change in the morning, think they must of damage one of my tires So came back to get my tire fix as it was leaking air. The clowns at the shops couldn’t figure it out, Yet I did when I got home. The valve was hissing. Waste my time. Also they’re extremely slow. Oh huge warning! They may overtighten your oil drain plug damaging the threads. If that happens good luck getting them to pay for the damage.

Pawnee and seneca location. Your auto center is not running smoothly. Pulled up friday after work for oil change- because i called and was told first come-first serve, that is not the case, waited over 15 minutes and never got my name taken, left, came back saturday morning and was told it was a 3 hour wait for an oil change. Do better. Jiffy lube got my money today

I don't know why I get repairs at walmart and they say they fix the tire and it's always still leaking it. Amazes me that I continue to go back and have this done.If they're not going to complete the job to its fullest. And charge you money for it. And the time before I complained to management about it, and they still wanted to charge me more money and walmart is not what it used to be. They used to care about their customers and take care of them, especially if they did not complete a job. But that it has changed.
