I got rear brake pads and they replaced one rotor and turned the other one. They did a great job and I highly recommend this place. It's reasonably priced as well.

Do not take your car here. I brought my car here for brake line replacement and paid 400 bucks when I took my car home they only replaced about a one foot section for 400$. The lines busted again shortly after so I called and the lady (owner I believe) said it's not their fault but she would work with me. So I drop another 150 for another one foot section and they filled my brake fluid with power steering fluid and ruined my whole braking system. Worse customer service I have ever received.

I called this business regarding their service, and I would recommend them to get someone else to answer the phone. Not professional at all. It's not what you say, it's how you say it. They may provide good service in the shop but if I can't get good service through entire experience they can't get my $.

I went there to get a bid on doing my brakes, and it took them all day just to do that. Then their bid was higher than two other shops that I went to so I told them no thanks. Then they wanted to charge me just for looking at it. I won't ever waste my time with these guys again.

I have a tendency to buy big, giant old trucks... She's the only one that can fix them! She always gets me in immediately, and the work is perfect. The one time I did have an issue, she didn't rest until it was resolved! I highly recommend THE BRAKE SHOP!!

This place isn't for Karens. They smoke inside the building and aren't the most professional but they know what they are talking about. I gave a 4 star because it took 6hrs to get 2 brake pads and an oil change. But they stayed an hour after close to finish rather than corporate businesses that would close and make you wait until the next day.

I took my 1977 Aspen to them and was charged $250 to fix a squeaky brake problem. Less than 24 hours later the noise is worse. They bost experience but really they can't do it. I dont care how long the shop has been there it means nothing . I was told it was fixed and if I spend 250 it would Be a great job , but in the end they are all talk.

I took some old MGB rotors in to be turned, but one of them wound up being too warped to turn. They swapped it out with another one they had laying around the shop at no extra charge! Very impressive service, and they know their stuff. I'll definitely be back the next time I need some brake service!

Great locally owned brake shop. After taking my car to 2 different places who both messed up a simple brake job, the great people at Brake Shop diagnosed and fixed all my problems. Not only that but it only took 2 hours to do it all. Great Service. No BS or trying to sell me stuff i don't need. Never going anywhere else again.

Everyone was super professional. Hourly rate was very reasonable. I have an older truck and I knew many of the parts were bad, but they called before they bought the parts that were more expensive than expected. The truck needed a new battery, terminal ends, rotor, hard brake line, front brake hose, master cylinder, pads all the way around, inner and outer bearings, and an abs module. It was still $400 cheaper than a national chain's quote without getting abs module. Very happy and will be bringing any future brake work I have there.

Not impressed, they tried to tell my aunt she needed everything replaced, not plausible. Wanted over $1200 to fix her brakes. She is not that stupid, and she has cancer, just trying to take advantage of people. I do not recommend, go to Don's automotive and ask for Duc he is an honest person.

I've used the Brake Shop for many years with various car models. They have always been honest with me and would tell me if brakes needed repair or if there was still mileage before its needed. Prices have been lower than others. Mechanics have always been very good. I've never had a problem with their work. Very friendly people!

Been bringing my business here for many years because I feel like quality and trust was established. Maybe that's why they thought they could use my classic car to take a joyride and pick up lunch for everybody? Had they asked my permission or better yet decided against it, I'd still do business. She told me my car is ready to pick up. One hour later I see my car parked at a fast food restaurant and their mechanic walking into the taco shop. When I get there she apologized and said they had to use my car for a lunch run because they had nothing else to drive. I said totally unacceptable and totally not cool. No other attempt for reconciliation other than sorry. I had to wait 15 minutes in their parking lot while the mechanic enjoyed driving my 1964 Mercury Park Lane convertible with the top down while he went on a leisure taco run / joyride. Unbelievable. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on. They are not trustworthy.

Absolutely unacceptable experience at this shop. My girlfriend’s car was returned with serious issues: the steering rack was improperly installed with missing mounts, and the lug nuts were left finger-tight. They even installed the wrong fuses, creating safety hazards. When we returned to address these concerns, the staff became confrontational instead of listening. One mechanic appeared to be under the influence, attempting to persuade me to bring the car back inside rather than owning up to their mistakes. In addition, the shop falsely claimed the car was “straight piped,” removed the flex pipe, and damaged what was previously a well-maintained vehicle. This business had a good reputation years ago under the original owner, but the current management has completely changed the standard of service. To make matters worse, smoking occurs inside the customer lobby, which is not only unprofessional but also a city code violation. I’ve worked in the automotive industry myself, and it’s clear this shop does not operate with professionalism, skill, or integrity. For your safety and peace of mind, I strongly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere to a reputable local shop.

At another business I had been charged $200 to cycle my brakes (not sure just how they did that) & they would not apply any of the diagnostic fee to the work. So, I contacted The Brake Shop. They looked at my car at no charge & changed out my master cylinder & brake booster. We ran into a couple of issues but they were honest with me & kept me informed with the progress.
