I had a pretty positive experience with Auto Smart. Needed to get a new clutch kit in my 20 yr old Honda civic. Several other mechanics I called had many hoops to jump through or extra charges to pile on even before my problem was addressed. Auto Smart gave me a reasonable quote and the final price reflected what was agreed upon. My car was back to me and fixed within a timely manner. They even stayed late on a Friday to make sure everything was fixed properly. I was definitely glad I chose them and I will go back next time I have an automotive problem.

My experience with AutoSmart has been great. I've been there 2x and each time my car has been fixed. The 1st time I had to get a clutch pad replaced. The 2nd time was about 2yrs later, I had to get clutch master cylinder and clutch slave cylinder replaced and the system bled for air in the lines. Each time they had the car for 2 days, which is no biggie for me. As long as it got fixed right. I WILL keep going to them because I've had no issues with my car afterwards. I Highly Recommend if you're looking for a great mechanic shop.

Paid over a grand to get my overheating issue solved and they gave it back to me with the issue still a major problem. Gave them a chance to fix it again after I immediately brought it back after less than 20 minutes of driving and after a day they said they fixed another small leak again and claimed my temperature gauge is broken. can't drive my car Longer than 15 minutes without the gauge reading that it's overheating. After posting my review they called back and offered more solutions and explanations I hope I can trust because this is the first time I've brought it to them. They determined my gauge is malfunctioning and that after I try a new sensor I can bring in a mechanical temperature gauge for a correct reading while driving.

Check engine light came on after having a new (rebuilt) engine replaced a few months ago. AutoSmart got my vehicle in quickly an and diagnosed a minor leak in a hose. Charged for the diagnostic but fixed the leak for free. Repair took only a couple of hours. Scott and the team at AutoSmart are very good at maintaining communication with their customers.

Super nice and quick turnaround. Appreciated how Scott (I believe he’s the owner) went out to the car with us to listen and see what was happening. He also did all the legwork with our warranty company so we didn’t have to call Route 66 at all. Starter and thermostat replaced in a couple hours, same day. We had a lot of issues with this car 2 months into owning it, so we really appreciated our service here.
