★★★★★ Full disclosure: This review is based on one incident so it's a very limited scope. That said, we had a 250 Rebel that was acting up in our group and just stopped in to see if we could get a hand for him (nobody had any tools onboard, not accustomed to Hondas being in the group!). No appointment, no call ahead (the Honda dealership were total jerks about it when he called them from the road, so someone in the group suggested just riding here). The guys hustled out, found the problem (admittedly a simple find but still) and had him back on the road in minutes. No arrogance or bluster like the Honda dorks, just quick "let's get you back on the road buddy" helpfulness from regular Joe's. Thanks!
