These guys were very rude when I had questions about there diagnostic. I am not a mechanic and was just trying understand what my car needed and they were very disrespectful and talked to me as if I were less than. Even when I went to pick my car up I paid $140 for a diagnostic check and they didn't even want to print me out a report of what all work needed done. He called my invoice the diagnostic report but it only had on there what my complaints were about the car and the problems I was having. I would never recommend this place to anyone!

Every time I bring my vehicle in I am treated with respect . I am given all the information with proof so I can make an informative decision for repairs . They are honest and straightforward. They squeezed me in during a busy lunch time to make sure my car wouldn’t leave me stranded . 10/10 recommend.

Took my truck in for electrical work.told them the wiring into the AC control panel needed to be redone. This was either ignored or not communicated to the mechanic because they replaced the brand new AC control panel, (that didn’t need replacing)and didn’t rewire it as I requested. I found this out after it quit working. I took apart the dash saw the wires weren’t rewired. And I took it back to them to fix it. And Patrick seemed to ack like we never had that conversation, and charged me for rework that should have been done the first time. Don’t waste your time or money here.

I went in to have my air conditioner checked because it was barely cooling. Don came and got me to explain what he had found. He was really thorough in explaining that I would have to have the compressor replaced because it had a hole in it. So he arranged to have someone to drive me home so I wouldn't have to wait there. The other employees that waited on me was very pleasant also. So if I should need any more automotive work I will return to that location. Thank you so much for the great service!

As always, took great care of us and squeezed me in when my car's battery decided to finally die. My car has a weird size battery, so they rushed to acquire one for me while I got jumped by AAA and then made my way over to them with my car. They are so nice and kind and I especially appreciate the toy box they have in the lobby to keep my little one entertained any time we get work done on the car.

My truck has been in their shop 3 times in the last 2 months. Idle control issues were supposedly fixed with a very expensive fuel additive. Did not fix the issue. $300. Took it back and was told it was the computer. They worked on the computer and it did okay for about 100 miles. Another $300. Fuel pump failed. They replaced it. Another $900. Between all the trips I had my truck in their shop I lost cruise control and heater AC. They told me it was a bad blower motor and or the resistor that controls it. Quoted me $505. I didn't have any more money to give them. Took it to wsu tech the next Saturday and they fixed it for zero charge. Turned out to be a bad connection in the resistor that plugs into the firewall. They cleaned it, plugged it back in, and it works like new. Anyone reading this, beware. I was their cash cow but I will never take a vehicle back to Tracy's automotive. The people at wsu tech were young teenagers in training and they found and fixed the problem in less than 2 hours and it didn't cost me a dime!!
