Very horrible service and unprofessional! Gave us the run around and had our vehicle for four months. Kept telling us that the part was on back stock which was a lie they sent it back. Ignored my phone calls and continuously giving me different times to pick it up and it’s not even done

I took my car up to this shop after I was in a car accident and the owner promised me he would get my car right back to the way it was before the accident , well he lied my car was more messed up then when I took to him. This company is a scam artist and don't do good work at all. They had to repaint my car 4 different times and the paint still wasn't right. What they told me would be a 3 week job end up turning into a 7 month job and when I got my car back I literally didn't make it a block down the street before my car over heated. I open my hood up n my car was not only missing parts, it didn't even have any fluid in it at all. I wouldn't recommend this shop to my most hated enemies

This was the first time I had ever had a car painted, so I was looking for the best deal with the best quality. Found R & H Body & Paint Repair. They were very professional and totally honest with me from beginning to the end. When I picked up my YUKON, I could not believe my eyes. It looked like it had just came off of the show room floor. Trey was very polite and friendly, but the quality of the job just wasn't as advertised. I was told 3-4 days and it almost took 2 weeks. End product was a bumper that didn't exactly match and had imperfections and lots of overspray. He doesn't have a spray booth. You get what you pay for. So if you have an inexpensive vehicle and want a cheap fix, this is for you. If you're vehicle is valuable and want a professional finish, look elsewhere.

Very bad service the painter sed 500 for installation new door and paint...payed in full day one sed be done in one day. It took him 1 month painted the door wrong color. Don't knw how to finish it we have to keep reaching out for wen he could finish the job. Seem he don't knw how to polish cars. He sed has a degree bt don't finish his wrk.. how just one door takes 1 month???. I would never trust this guy ever again. My friend she is mad cuz he will take advantage if your a female. Please stay away from this place .

He got my car in quick said it would take 3 weeks took 2 months. He replaced a fender and didn't bolt it all the way down also didn't bolt my running boards down properly. There are several areas that need touch up, he said he could get to it when he had time but it's been months. I'd find other shops.

I took my car to this shop after hitting a deer in August 2022, because they were the only ones open on a Sunday otherwise I would of gone somewhere else. What was supposed to be a one week job turned into almost 2 months and I use my car for income as I am an Uber/Lyft Driver. And they didn't even offer once to give me a loaner or compensate me for taking way longer than they needed too. Very bad work and even worse customer service. When I got it back the paint didn't match, the hood doesn't line up properly, the headlights are only partially bolted down( one bolt each instead of two), missing clips on plastic liners and protectors so the plastic liner underneath my car starting breaking off and dragging less than a month later with no further damage being done by me driving, and so then the front bumper started hanging off on the right side also as the plastic bracket that it clips into it on that side broke in 2 weeks and I had to zip tie my bumper back on the right side, the right front quarter panel is pitting as well as the hood from the bad paint job they did not do a good job for me at all and they got over 8k from my deductible and insurance to be able to fix my car the right way and instead the took the money and did cheap, poor work. I would not use this shop as it seems like they will pocket all your money and the insurance money and do a subpar job and their "new parts" will start coming off or not be lined up properly within a couple weeks beware of this shop. I honestly don't know how they are still in business.

In just a matter of days, my car was fixed and looked brand new. The process was incredibly easy, and their friendly approach made the experience even better. 0 STARS DO NOT RECOMMEND.. If I could give this place 0stars I would. My brother paid this place a few hundreds up front (I believe 1700 don’t quote me) AND they told him it could be done the same week my car is a Chrysler 300 2012 this happened in 2024. they did not fix it properly the hood doesn’t align with the bumper it looks like my hood is open when I drive on the highway it flutters like it wants to fly off. The bumper is flimsy and is missing clamps my bumper came off lastnight 09/26/25 and you can see where they just slapped the bumper on and did not fix any damages that were behind the bumper not to mention the plastic skirt piece under the car came off and was dragging on the highway I almost got into a car wreck may2025 I had just got my car up and running in march2025 because when we got it back from them it wasn’t working anymore . I just had a company quote me $4-5000 to fix what they did not fix. When they had the car they kept giving us the run around saying it would be ready on a certain day then turn around and say they are still waiting for the parts because they were on back order. Very unprofessional don’t answer the phone. nobody ever knows what’s going on when they do. The guy is never there to speak too. They never return your calls we had to threaten them with a lawyer just to get my car back also had to have different people call because they stopped answering the phone for me DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! They only think about the money and not your safety or your cars wellbeing !!
