NOT RECOMMENDED! After getting a Firestone CC, getting 4 new tires, a battery, and 2 oil changes you'd think they'd do us right, but that's not the case. We now have had our low oil indicator come on the last TWO times we've been there for an oil change. When you take your vehicle in they ask what engine it has, and we've told them it's a 3.6 L v6. When we go back they verify that it's the same V6 as last time.....only, once we looked back on our receipts (after being told by a different company to check them), they put in 5 quarts of oil for 2.0 instead of 6 quarts for the 3.6 that we've always brought to them. Thankfully it was caught in time before it caused damage to the engine. It should have been caught by them when they did a synthetic oil change at 3k miles instead of 5. Also on the sticker, they just put the mileage of the what the vehicle had the date it was brought in. And to top it off, we had a scheduled appointment for our tires to be put on and had to go back TWICE because someones wires got crossed and the WH and store were not on the same page but we had already bought the tires and were on a time crunch and had no other option. With all that said, we feel scammed and highly frustrated with the overall situation.

I actually love this place. I've been going for a few years . I've been to this location as well as the Andover location. They are also so nice and trusty and super affordable! They always have deals and will be 100% honest with you. They're not gonna bs around looking for money. Or beg you to get other work done.

Literally the best place to get my car looked at. They couldn’t find the problem last time but gave me a refund and changed out some stuff for free which was a big help. The guy named Sam? I think was super nice and considerate. I will be going back

I NEVER leave reviews but I've had it with people taking advantage (or trying to take advantage) of young women, such as myself. It's time these crooked behaviors be exposed. My coworker recommended this place and it’s a well-known chain, so I figured it was a trustworthy tire repair shop. Well, recently, I brought in a flat tire for repair because a screw was lodged in the middle of the tread. The employee tried selling me a new tire, claiming that the tire couldn’t be repaired. So, I gave my wheel/flat tire to my dad, he took it to a different tire shop, and it was repaired with no fuss. I will never return to such a dishonest business who tries to financially take advantage of young women. Financially taking advantage (or attempting to take advantage) of vulnerable customers, such as women, should be a criminal offense, especially when people trust and rely on a business for their services. Think twice before sending your mother, daughter, sister, friend, etc. here and consider the type of behavior you're supporting if you bring your business here.

Went there for a scheduled appointment, to get my air conditioner in my vehicle serviced, on July 1, 2025. After I got in my vehicle and drove 2 or 3 blocks, I noticed a change. My steering wheel was to the right of center going straight on a straight road ( Harry street). I returned to Firestone. I GUARANTEE you, it was fine, when they took key. They wanted to inspect vehicle when, they had already done that 1 time too many. I had a dealership work on my vehicle one time, resulting in several visits, to leave me with a piece of junk. Traded ot off, with 25k miles. The replacement vehicle made it to 621,000 miles, which makes me a 1 in a million driver. Only 1 out of 1000 vehicles makes it to 300,000 miles. Some people make it to 300k, but not 400k. Some that make it to 400k not 500k some 500,000, not 600,000. I passed them all. I had alignment done, right after I purchased this vehicle, a couple months ago. Vehicle seemed to need alittle a/c service. 100% GUARANTEE my vehicle was fine, until Firestone did their thing. I guess that's why they didn't give me a receipt. At least 1 other than me knows what happened. The man in the sky. Never been to this store before today. Or Ssturday. 3 times, now. Never again. Not wishing them any bad luck. They may still get it. O well..

I've been going to this store for at least 20 years. Do you get great bargains? Occasionally, during sales, but the service and friendliness is outstanding, the truthfulness of the staff, you can take to the bank. I do not know anybody that works there, I'm just well pleased with the quality of service that I receive. It's not just tires and oil, in the past they have done motor work on my old cars, and did it well. Thanks to all.

The people were very kind and professional. Especially with working in getting me in the next day, with which I am sure was already a busy one. Also, explaining the details about brakes, and what needed to be done for safety (peace of mind is priceless). The team also did an inspection of my battery, lights, tires, etc. I was not expecting this, and that was reassuring that they would check for everything. Definitely know where to go if I ever need services again and will definitely recommend them to anyone, I know who is needing car service. Many thank yous again for taking such care with my car.

I was dealing with a super duper less than ideal situation with my car. Dealing with this particular Firestone location was the only aspect of it that was pleasant to deal with. They were professional, kind, and personable. They had me turn around and bring the car back to replace a sensor that decided to randomly go out when I picked my car up. They squeezed me in on a busy Saturday and replaced the part free of charge.
