I'm still out of town & I have only seen pictures of my car it looks great. They let me make arrangement for a friend to inspect my & let him take my car. I had a family emergency & had to leave town, Collision Works handle all repairs & made it easy for me to take care my family member I never worried about my car. Their texting me every day made it easy to focus on my family and not my accident or my car. They were great!

Friend of mine was rear ended, this is where insurance instructed to bring the damaged vehicle. Original estimate was nearly a month. They had an adjusted plan within ten days, given that the parts would arrive on time. Friendly and knowledgeable about the car issues and time frame to turnaround like new again.

Oh wow. Not only did they make my car look like new (and it looks wonderful) but they vacuumed out the inside! 😭🙀🥰 I know; maybe a small thing to most people or expected, but for this busy mom it was exactly what I needed today. They checked the airbags in the doors that needed repaired to make sure they all checked out (safety is so important to me so thank you for telling me that in particular) and everything looks and acts perfect! Their customer service is top notch. They will be our first choice if we ever need repairs done again!

When they worked on my rear door on my van from an accident, it looked fantastic with no issues. The same kind of damage from a different accident with my partner and the insurance told him to go somewhere else. There was a bad latch and leaking issues the company told him were not singing they could be helped, but my experience with global told a different story. They do what is right by the car owner and not what insurance tells them to do.

Had my front end repaired then the front bumper started coming off on one side and the had to order a new bumper then after that 6 months the clear coat started coming off. They fixed it and now like a year later the clear coat is coming off again. Stop by and they can't find me in there system so now I have to go home find the paperwork for them to repair..... obviously they use crwppy products here. For sure will never go back here to have repairs done.

Disclaimer: I don't usually write reviews, I don't have any personal interest in this business, and nobody is paying me to write this review. A homeless man slammed their bike into my wife's front left headlight and bumper, and it required an all new light fixture, bumper, and driving sensors. The repair took long through no fault of their own, they were waiting for parts, but they consistently kept me updated and apologized for the delay. They kept me in the loop at every turn and my car turned out great! Once it was done, I put it on a trailer and drove it from Wichita, KS to Gaithersburg, MD. I inadvertently messed up the backing plate of the tire on my way to MD, but didn't know it was my fault, nor did I know about why the wheel was making noise. I called the Wichita office and they quickly set me up with their Gaithersburg branch and within 2 days they fixed it anyway! CJ was my rep and Luke was who handled the branch to branch communication. Both are extraordinary! Will not take my broken cars anywhere else ever again. Friendly, courteous, quick, and best of all, knowledgeable. 100/10 service!

I was recommended this place by my insurance after getting into a small fender bender and needing my front bumper replaced. They did a horrible job replacing the part. After picking up the car I realized part of the bumper was peeling away from the car. I pointed this out to the manager at Gerber and had to leave the car with them again overnight to have it fixed. Very concerning that their service people would be able to overlook such a glaring issue. The next day I went to pick up my vehicle and the issue was only barely resolved. They used cheap 3M tape to stick this piece back together and when pressed about it, the manager told me it was due to the part being made like that by Toyota. No accountability or oversight, makes me question what else they may have half assed when fixing my vehicle.

I'm really pleased with the work CJ and the team at the downtown Gerber location did on my car. Not only does the whole rear end look even better than it did before the accident ,it seems like they took the time to try to buff out little bits of wear and tear on the body so it would match the newly rebuilt bumper area. They also handled everything with the insurance so it was truly a low stress event for me.

I'm very happy with my service here! I had to take my SUV in after some moron opened fire in my neighborhood and shot my car. Before and after pictures below. Both back doors had to be replaced, as the bullet went clear through my car. Ryan was thorough and clearly communicated everything he was doing as it happened. We were already paying our total deductible, so he made sure other things were fixed on the car as well. He made us feel valued and taken care of. Thanks to everyone at Gerber for making a terrible situation that much easier to handle!
