Walked in with a broken valve stem. Jason went above and beyond and had it replaced in less than 15 minutes. Exceptional customer service. 10 out of 10 recommended.

Today was the first time I've taken my car into a shop. I was nervous about how much it would cost and how long. I am absolutely impressed by them! Absolutely affordable and so quick! 10 out of 10! So glad I went there today. My new go to for any car work

Every time I have to take my car in, I’m treated with respect and not talked down to. They explain everything before moving forward so that I am aware of the cost. They have always been so kind and taken great care of my vehicle.

8 months later $2800 later, still having issues. My car was detailed. ALL my belongings were thrown in the trash(They said we were trying to do you a favor) things my KIDS made and gave me, gone!!! They sideswiped the right side of my car! NEVER GO TO Tracy‘s automotive tire pro in Wichita! You will regent it! absolutely horrible service. Went for a knock in my motor suggested thousands of dollars in new parts when ultimately should have suggested a motor swap. they continue to use the excuse that we started it with a extended warranty. However, the moment they knew we were paying the bill they should have done the standard recommendations. Adam chose NOT to do. Save your money and headache never use this place!!!

I used this location many years ago bc my husbands family business did work for them. After a horrible experience at discount tire, I chose to come back and try Tracy’s again. I looked up their website and I called the number. It rang the downtown location and apparently that location couldn’t look up tires by make and model of car and they advised if I wanted tires to go to the 21st location. As soon as my husband and I walked in we were ignored. The manager Shane was very inattentive, rude, short tempered, and does not understand what being a leader means or how to treat potentially new clients. Will never go back to them and I will be telling my in-laws ab this experience.

I have had a lot of work done on my cars and I have had some unfortunate experiences but Tracy's tops them all. I live in phoenix so I tried to help my sister out in Wichita. I called several shops around town to see who would be the most economical. Jokes on me. The final ticket price was well over the quoted cost. The manager of the shop had the worst communication that I had ever experienced. At the beginning, Adam said I could pay over the phone. When push came to shove they made my sister use cash. I had to wire money to my sister to help. They finally fixed the issue but the customer service was horrendous. Multiple times Adam suggested that my sister, simply sign over the title. Wow. The owner was never available, so we had to play inspector gadget to finally get him and he still did not fully satisfy the situation. What a shitty experience. I will never ever work with them again. Ever!

I've been happy with my tires, but when I needed one repaired, I was told they don't make appointments for that. I would have to just show up and wait for an opening in the schedule. Needless to say, my tire still leaks because I can't spare a whole day to mess with it.

I asked where my mag wheel center cap was when they gave me back my tire. They first said my tire did not have a center cap when it came in. I said that is incorrect. The guy went back accosted the street and came back with my GMC center cap for my mag wheel. This is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars

I have used Tracy’s Auto at 1st and St Frances for years. They have been wonderful to work with. The team listens to me and my insane descriptions (aliens under the hood) and are able to quickly diagnose and keep my vehicles running at peak performance.

I can’t say enough good things about Tracy's Auto! Finding an auto mechanic you can truly trust isn’t easy, but they’ve proven to be the real deal—honest, dependable, and affordable. Every time I’ve brought my vehicle in, they’ve explained the issues clearly, laid out my options without pressure, and delivered exactly what they promised. What really stands out is their integrity. They never try to upsell unnecessary repairs and always work with my best interest in mind. Their pricing is fair, their turnaround time is quick, and the quality of the work is excellent. I drive away confident that my car is in great shape without feeling like I’ve been overcharged.

Tracy’s has always been good with my van. They’ve never sold me something I didn’t need. They are friendly and very helpful, even when it has nothing to do with my van. I would recommend them to anyone I meet.

Normally my go-to place when I need a repair. Well I took a vehicle I just bought there for a suspected blown head gasket. I just wanted diagnostics to confirm my suspicions. They call me back and say your thermostat was sticking, thats going to fix the issue. $350 later and they think its a bad fin on the water pump. Also the thermostat wasn't even in there "so someone has been in there before" was what i was told. (This contradicts the previous statement if you hadn't noticed about it sticking) I asked if they did a leak down or a compression test. They said no because that would require removing a spark plug and that has nothing to do with the cooling system. With those words I have completely lost faith in the competency of that shop. There are 4 tests to test for a blown head gasket that are routine diagnostics. Leak down, compression test, block test (which is a chemical test to see if CO2 is in the coolant), and a coolant system pressure test. Im no certified mechanic but I have been turning wrenches for many years so im no idiot. I will not be going back to tracys again. I hope others have better luck. Just figured id share my most recent experience.
