What an awesome experience I have had so far with these guys. Danny and Tanner have been fantastic, talking with me via the phone and in person. The shop tech did a great job on the alignment after I had replaced most of the front suspension. The old 99 Grand Prix runs straight and true down the road again. My experience here has been a Top Shelf one. Their waiting room was spotless and very comfy. I spotted a coffee maker and fresh chocolate chip cookies also for the customers. They pulled my car up front and had an ice-cold bottle of water waiting for me in the front seat. This will be my go-to Automotive service place from now on!!!!

System didn't post my initial comment so.....just returned to west Wichita after being gone for 21 years and have no old-line connections. Found the water pump on my 109K mile 2004 Jeep GC leaking. Called and talked with Jules, the service desk coordinator, who had me bring it in on the 2nd day. Leaving the jeep there for the inspection they provided me a ride home using their shuttle service. They performed a great analysis of the vehicle and its systems and sent us an email with a full inspection report, pictures of all the findings (and there was more than the bad water pump) and a detailed repair cost quote for each report line item. Jules called us and explained everything on the report, the quote, & their warranty - which is the best non-dealer new vehicle one I've seen. Also looked at my personal maintenance cheat sheet and had them add several items to their quote. Due to my preference for certain types of replacement items, they went out of their way to source equal to, or better then, original Mopar components that would be covered by their workmanship/component warranty. What's amazing is that at the end of the second day in the shop (the first being for the inspection) Jules called and told us the Jeep was ready. Driving it home reminded me of what it felt like to drive it when it was new. Their service included replacement of the water pump, coolant hoses, thermostat & housing, back flush of the radiator, replacement of the serpentine belt, replacement of all suspension shock absorbers, drain & service of the power steering unit, drain, replacement of the transmission filters, & service, as well as replacing the leaking valve cover gaskets. It's been a very long time since we last had automotive repair & service work done in such a well-organized and capable shop with outstanding communication from the very start to the end on all events. Jules and the Cristian Brothers Automotive west crew are an exceptionally rare group of people, and we'll be using them for all of our service in the future. Suggest that anyone with an automotive need stop and talk with them. You might be pleasantly surprised at the outcome.

Their customer service was honestly amazing. Everyone is very friendly and kind. They offer a free shuttle in the Wichita area to and from the shop. I'm just a bit disappointed with the mechanics team. I came in with a few issues, with a little bit of a concept of what it was or could be. Not a ton, and definitely uncertain. I had to come back 3 times to get some of the initial issues handled, bc for whatever reason the team didn't notice these things before. They didn't get the alignment right any of those times. I finally just went to someone else to get it proper less than 24hrs after my last visit. Just super frustrating given the ratings and years of experience. I'd expect less guessing games, and more attention to an issue in the very first visit when it's mentioned. It's not the customers job to know specifically what's wrong every time. That's part of what we pay for labor - the "expertise" of the mechanics. I don't have confidence in being able to return without being expected to pay another arm and leg.

The only downside I had a check engine light come on nothing major when I asked about it. They wanted to have me bring it in and keep it for another overnight, which was not an option for me at the time, but other than that very, very, very, very good care given to me, made me feel valued

I don't even know where to start—this is genuinely one of the best auto repair shops I've ever visited! First and foremost, I want to commend their outstanding communication. It was refreshing not to have to constantly call for updates; this shop proactively reached out via calls and texts to keep me informed about everything from pricing to the status of my car. Miller Towing, in partnership with CBA, provided exceptional service. When I dropped off my keys at Miller, I was greeted by a very nice lady who assured me that I would be in good hands with both Miller and CBA. Before the pickup, Miller Towing called to confirm the timing. They communicated effectively and arrived to pick up my car right on schedule. When it comes to the suspension system, I was particularly impressed with the MagneRide, the lower control arms, and the alignment work. My car feels like brand new! To top it off, CBA even fixed a few extra components for no charge. They are truly honest—there were charges I had approved for work that couldn’t be completed, and they called me to remove those charges, saving me over $200. Initially, CBA estimated that my car would take 3 to 4 days to be ready due to parts availability. However, I received a call the day after dropping off my car, informing me that the parts had arrived, and my car was finished. From the excellent customer service and effective communication to their reasonable pricing and turnaround time, I can't recommend this place enough. They absolutely deserve a 5-star rating!

Then they offered Johnathan to drive me home after I dropped my car off and he was very friendly and respectful too. I’ve brought my car to this shop 3 times now. They provide rides in the area if you need one which is so convenient. I love that they have never tried to add on or sell me unnecessary repairs. They’ve done a great job on my car when I needed brakes put on or just a regular maintenance check. I would recommend this shop over any in Wichita. Also! They have master mechanics from all car makes so you can trust that a master mechanic is handling your vehicle. And don’t bother shopping around for prices because they have the best. I’ve had them tell me it might be a day before my car could get worked on, but I can tell you that they make every attempt to get it done as soon as they possibly can. They’ve called me before done with my vehicle when I needed it back quickly. I love everything about this shop, they even included some windshield wipers for me one time and I was so surprised. They feel like friends and not just an automotive shop
