I used to really like Firestone but my most recent experiences have been absolutely awful. The icing on the cake being the $36 i just spent on new undercarriage screws because they failed to tighten them thoroughly when doing an oil change. Last month i spent $30 on lug nuts because they overtightened them when they replaced my tires, which was a whole other sketchy mess.

I went to get three very specific tasks done: change tires, get my rotors ground and have my tire pressure sensors replaced. They forgot to switch my sensors after changing my tires. And I think they fell alseep while grinding my rotors because now they are worse than ever.

Because of the service I was already there for my tires were supposed to be rotated but I paid for balancing my tires to see if it helped with the vibration so I get my car back and its still vibrating first thing I noticed is the 2 tires I just had put on that had chalk marks were in the exact same place this is bs two wichita locations and I've been ripped off and takin advantage off apparently because im not a mechanic this is enough I will never be back!

Visited this location approximately 8:30 this morning, same tire I had replaced here under road hazard 4/2022 has a slow leak in it due to something metal being lodged in it and the tread is worn. I hate coming to these places because I always feel they’re going to take advantage of me and boy I was correct!! They bring my car into the bay and pop the hood (I only came in for tire repair) they ask date of last oil change and tell me I had no oil in my car, so, I told em to change the oil too if it doesn’t take long as I just came in for the tire repair. Then he (Matt or Mark) tried to act like he couldn’t look up my road hazard info, asked if I had a different phone number, i told him I was just here less than a year ago and had the same number- also told him the Harry location just looked up my account not even 30 minutes before I came to the main location and he saw my raid hazard was still effective-I ask him if he doesn’t find it are they charging me full price for a tire and he answers “oh no, no” then returns to the back. He returns and tells me that the last time I was there that there were some recommended services, I cut him off and told him that I’m aware and that like I told him a year ago, I already had those recommendations taken care of at another car shop a couple years back and that the symptoms they described at that time I denied as my car is driving fine, my tire is the problem. So, he goes to the back again, comes back then tells me that because I have such severe suspension issues that they CANT take my tire off because it will just “do the same thing”. So, because I refused to allow them to take advantage of me, they denied services to me although I have an existing road hazard warranty and came to get my tire repaired. So, they’re turning a customer away to drive on a tire with metal in it and a slow leak because they couldn’t swindle more money out of me. To make matters worse, they charged me $82 for an oil change when I’ve never paid that much, always pay $55-65 for high mileage which honestly is not a good deal either-his reasoning, “prices have gone up since last year.” I also realized they put zip ties under my car that were scraping the ground! I will NEVER give Firestone my money again! I have contacted corporate and will reach out to BBB.

Had an error message wit a wrench sign and mark was able to get quickly. Randy checked the tires and determined it was sensor and was replaced promptly and did not have an appointment. Staff was polite and friendly

On 8/17/2025 I came in for a tire repair (patch/plug) and in the process my rim cap cover was broken. Today 8/18/2025 Mark claimed he couldn't find the correct part online and said if I found one I would be reimbursed with a receipt. Afterword same day i used ebay and found the product and purchased the item. Same day I arrived at the this location and showed him the "online purchase" he said It needed to be a paper receipt and i asked "how" and he said "i dont know." Ebay doesnt have the option in app to print a receipt and now im down $47.80 without reimbursed. (Wishing I knew about a paper receipt instead of a digital receipt because it was all the money I had left) Will not be going back. Considering a lawsuit I just don't have the time. *More upset about the broken piece beimg discarded into the trash before the issue was resolved*

I called desperate for an appointment to get my tire patched after having a terrible experience at Walmart. I got an appointment within 2 hours when many other places gave me a 5 hour wait. Simon changed my tire super fast and even gave a discount. The prices were great and the customer service was even better. I recommend coming here over Walmart any day!!

My wife was traveling for work when her A/C went out in her car. She took it by Firestone for diagnostics and they were super helpful! They understood her work schedule and worked through me, remotely, to share what their findings were. Through the repairs, one of their mechanics made an error (completely accidental). They were upfront and transparent about the error and said we had the option to get it fixed somewhere else on their dime if they felt like we lost trust in them. Understanding this was a genuine mistake, we left the car with them for the remainder of the repair. They buttoned everything up faster than they thought it would be and even gave us a discount to maintain their business. While we are in Tulsa and are unlikely to need their services again - we’d absolutely recommend anyone locally or traveling through to use them. My wife’s A/C is running colder than ever. Thanks again!

Had an excellent experience at this location. I was in town for a business trip and ended up having a flat the day I was planning on returning home. My towing service was slow and dropped my car off ~30 minutes before closing. The store manager was very accommodating and ended up working a few minutes after closing to get my tire repaired. We received excellent service from this Firestone location. We were on a road trip when we took a nail to the sidewall of our EV tire that could not be repaired. We called multiple places with no luck before finding this Firestone. Austin was amazing and had a replacement shipped from another shop, and the crew got us back on the road within an hour without an appointment - went above and beyond to help us. Provided Great communication, customer service and good work during a difficult window on a Saturday afternoon; would highly recommend them. Really appreciate their product.

I've been a lifelong customer, as my brother and father used to work for Firestone. Last week I came in to have my tire replaced and they told me the wheel was bent, so they would need to order a replacement. Joe gives me two options, $170 and wait a few hours that day or come back on Monday for $150. I opt to come back Monday as I don't have time to wait around. I go in today, they replace it, and I notice there are still scuffs on the rims. I ask about it, and he says it's a used wheel. I'm obviously confused because I'm expecting a new part. He starts giving me attitude, saying he's worked here a long time and he always orders used parts. I tell him he gave me no indication it would be used, and he said it would have been $300 something dollars to get a new one. Okay? Then give me the option to do that. You don't know my situation, how much money I have, that's extremely insulting and frankly a waste of my time. He offers to order a new one and refund me for the old one, but I've already spent 3 hours waiting around for this to not even be fixed properly. It should have been done right to begin with, and a refund really does not make up for my wasted time.
