I took my 1937 Chevrolet Master Built in to get several issues taken care of. They showed me the issues and what was needed to repair them properly unlike what had been done before. They quoted me a price to repair the issues and came in under that estimate. Very professional, responsive and easy to deal with. This will be the only place to work on my classic hot rod moving forward.

I had a very rough idle on my vehicle with starting issues. The staff did not call me to approve work being done, and even locked the provided key in the vehicle and I had to go unlock it for them. They returned the vehicle to me without fixing the misfire and rough idle, told me that they lit my engine bay on fire, gave me a few options for what the issue COULD be, and proceeded to charge me $200 for a faulty prognosis. would not recommend.

I've been dealing with them for over 5 years they're really good and you let me know when something is getting ready to go out and they take care of the problem fast and cheap I wouldn't ask anybody else to work on my vehicles I believe Dan runs at shop great all the fellas are real great

I've taken several of my vehicles in over the last 2 years and these guys are awesome! Darren and Dan have repeatedly treated me great and above all honest!!! If it's a small fix, they tell you and charge you accordingly rather than making it something that it's not and charging you more. AGAIN, VERY HONEST MECHANICS!!

Words can not express how thankful and happy we are with the service we received! My car is in the shop for body repairs so we only had 1 car between us when its alternator went out. God must have led us to Expert Auto Center because it certainly was the exact place we needed! Sean bent over backward to get an alternator for us in record time and our car was fixed in under an hour so we could still pick up our son from school!! Pricing was fair as well. Highly recommend this place, Sean is great.

This is my go-to place in town for all auto maintenance and repair -- the guys here have never disappointed. Last year I had a solenoid issue that wound up taking out my transmission while my car was in the shop. I'd always prefer to have good news about my vehicle, but I'm pretty okay with bad news from good people, and Darren and the guys were more than fair. They facilitated getting the transmission rebuilt, and didn't charge me labor for any of the work. I come in for routine maintenance (oil changes, charging the A/C, tire rotation, etc.) and they're always great about getting things taken care of efficiently and for a great price.

Always friendly and professional and honest. I don't know much about cars but I can tell they're not lying or trying to scare and confuse me with mechanical jargon. One of the best repair shops I've had the pleasure of doing business with. Dan is the man! Our business does ALOT of deliveries, and that means we need a lot of work done. They are our go to place if we have a issues with our delivery trucks. Great mechanics and friendly personalities. Could not recommend these guys enough. Amazing customer service every time I have worked with them. Example of what I am talking about. Son in town from college and looked over his car for issue. Notice the serpentine belt looked bad on a Friday afternoon and he planned to head back that evening. Called Dan and talked to him. He couldn't get him in, but did have us come by so he could look it and tell us if it was safe to drive. It was not. Told us how we could replace it on our own but not my thing. Said to check with the Woodlawn location since they are open on Sat. Called them and they were able to get him in Sat morning. They knew he needed to get back to school so got it in to look at quickly. Ended up needing a belt and new tensioner. Then even sent an employee to pick up the parts instead of waiting for them to be delivered. Ended up getting it down 2-3 hours before the initial estimate. That is going the extra distance to help someone out!

I recently had some new parts installed. Dan and Aaron were very easy to work with, communicated very well, clarified and explained things well, and helped solve some challenges that arose regarding the replacement parts (my fault, not theirs). On many points where an auto repair shop could possibly have taken advantage of a customer, they were completely fair, reasonable, and honest with me. 10/10 do recommend for customer service. They also had clear and respectful communication with every female I heard them work with, no mansplaining. As a female that works on my own vehicle a lot of the time, that alone sold me, but their honesty, fair and transparent pricing, (much less than other garages), great attitudes and eagerness to solve the puzzle behind my cars issue sealed the deal. I will be going here for any and all repairs I can't do myself from now on. They value people over dollar signs and that is what gets repeat business. 🙌

Extremely disappointing visit to the West Central branch. Unprofessional. The mechanic taking the money made it apparent they aren’t worried about future work. Because they have work coming in. First time I felt like I was actually dealing with a money hungry mechanic with this Franchise. It was my first and last visit to the West central garage. I pray the East Side doesn’t let me down, on my next visit.

I have taken my Mustang to Expert Auto MANY times for service and repairs and every time I am treated with respect and honesty. One of the best things I can say about Aaron and the other mechanics is that they are an honest group of people. You can tell that they work hard to run a respectable business and they accomplish that with flying colors. If you've ever thought, "man, I wish I had a mechanic that I could trust," then Expert Auto is definitely your place! Seriously!!! And the other thing I REALLY like is that they have always treated me fairly on price. I refuse to take my car anywhere else for service. And when you take YOUR car there, I guarantee that you will feel the same way. Great facility! I highly recommend! 10/10
