Tom did an incredible job. I totally screwed up and was thinking this would cost me $$$$. Tom stepped in and said that he wasn’t sure he would be able to get the dent out of my bed side with PDR, and he performed a magic trick. Wow. These guys are awesome!! I've had quite a few vehicles over the last 10 years that i have had the windows tinted on. Never really been loyal to any 1 place. I got ahold of Tom over at ICT Auto Pros to have my windows ceramic coated on my CanAm. What an experience. Tom and Austin did such a good job and went out of their way to get it done for me before a holiday weekend. They won me over as a lifelong customer. Dont look anywhere else, just go here to get it done. You wont regret it. Price was right also!

Tom Hickey went above and beyond, he actually came to our house on a Saturday and looked at my wife's Honda. Tom told us since insurance had already looked at our car, they could start working on it Monday. We got the car back from ICT AUTO PROS. And it looked brand new again after the hail damage it received. My experience with ICT Auto Pros was phenomenal from start to finish. We’re heading out of town and wanted the rear window tinted prior to leaving and Tom was able to fit me in the next day. If you are looking for a shop that cares about your car as much as you do then this is the right place. The dark ceramic tint came out excellent and was completed super quick as well. I’m very hesitant to trust people to work on my Audi but they were 10/10. Thanks for the excellent service and great vibes, we’ll definitely be back!

Tom really did a phenomenal job pulling door dings on both sides of my 20 year old Yukon. There were more dents than I cared to count. It really made it look brand new. Absolutely worth the money! They also tinted the front windows. I will say without a doubt that it was the cleanest tint job I’ve seen. I’m very particular and they exceeded expectations!

I can’t say enough good things about this business and the gentleman who owns it, Tom! Previously to scheduling with them, I had a window tint scheduled at a different business today at 8:30 am just to have issues with the owner missing multiple appointments including mine. After a quick google search I found ICT Auto pros and gave them a call. Being New Year’s Eve I didn’t really expect to get in anywhere but these fellas worked through the lunch hour to squeeze me in. Wonderful experience from start to finish. Family owned business and it’s abundantly obvious how much they care. Fair pricing and extremely knowledgeable. I got the legal limit on my front two windows (35%) and could not be happier. Tom even picked me up from my home to bring me to my car after it was finished. He also was able to get dent out of my door that was in a notoriously “tricky” spot. Will most definitely be a return customer! Could not be happier with the quality of business and customer service!
