Recently, I had my 2006 Tundra towed there. It had been towed to my house after,a breakdown, losing 1 wheel. I provided parts I ordered. After repair completed, I got alignment elsewhere, because this shop doesn't do alignments. Once done, I returned to Allrite, because I kept hearing a terrible noise, coming from engine area. Darryl recommended I get driveshaft serviced, which I dod, at a cost almost $600.00. The driveshaft is better, but the noise continues, to this day. I feel the cause of the problem led me down wrong road, and to do a half-way repair is a useless attempt to just get a "quick buck", and already suggested I go elsewhere, and have someone do the work that he don't wanna do, or doesn't know how to do. I always paid my bill when due, but I need someone that can do the complete job. Half way ism"t good enough.

Darrel replaced 2 gaskets for me in my 2004 honda accord I took it in by 7 and he called me a little after 10 and told me my power steering pump gasket needed to be replaced along with the Vtec gasket I said go ahead and fix both he called me after 2 pm said the car was ready and charged me a lot less than he quoted me. As long as this man is in business I will be a customer

Allrite Import Services I thank you, for being honest! The shop needs to be recognize! I had a problem with my 91 Isuzu Trooper not starting after a estimate 15-30 minutes drive, turn off engine , let sit for about 5 minutes, the engine wouldn't start. Brought in the Trooper to Allrite Import Services. He called me and said he can't seem to find the problem. I respect that honesty, that's good business! Allrite Import shop DIDN'T CHARGE me for the labor fee! You guys have me as a forever customer!

This is the ONLY auto service I can 100% recommend to family, friends and anyone who needs import service in Wichita. Multiple trips through Darrel with several makes and models have turned us into lifetime, permanent customers. He has straightened out problems other mechanics/shops have left behind. Always takes the time to explain the how and why of each repair or work order....always reasonable plus, and unscrupulously honest in every aspect. I put myself through college working in various dealerships here. I've never seen a shop like Allrite in experiences with a dozen or more garages and repair shops. Top of the list in my book, and it seems I never need to move my work down to second on the list, ever. Go here first and be happy.

Absolutely one of the best experiences I have ever had at an automotive repair shop. Darrell is friendly, knowledgeable and very fair with his pricing. For my '09 Ridgeline, he saved me well over $500 compared to Scholfield Honda for the exact same service. He also must have the cleanest shop in town. Darrell is a great honest mechanic. I will be recommending him to any of my friends and family that drive imports. He fixed an issue with my Nissan that ended up just being a loose nut. It would of been very easy to claim the issue wasn't so simple and charge me money to fix it but he went the honest route and I'll now take any issues with my car straight to him no question.

Darrell has years of experience and exceptional customer relationships. He will list maintenance that could be accomplished, but he doesn’t encourage unnecessary items. He will also recommend other places if he believes they could do the task better or more affordably. He is careful to determine how to meet and support the automotive needs of his customers.
