Went to competitor - - - GMC dealer with name starting with an "H" here in Wichita. Took 2.5 days to hear "probable" cause and parts ordered. Not covered under warranty. Two weeks to get parts and week to week and a half IF what's suspected is the problem. Estimate over $3,000 dollars. Now, Donovan: Took one day to for sure find the problem and parts ordered. Part in the next business day and fixed before the day was over at no charge (warranted). I'll go to Donovan every time from now on.

Immediately when I pulled in I was greeted by a service associate (Tommy). Very friendly and listened to my concerns. I was in for routine maintenance (oil change & tire rotation). I have an issue of not warming up all the way and I didn't have an appointment for that problem. He politely says we will take a look at it but it could be a while. They were able to look at it and repair the problem in about 3 1/2 hours. Pretty good for not having an appointment. Great job Tommy, the service tech & Donovan! A+

We purchased our 2017 GMC Sierra from Mark Faye. I can't say enough good things about Mark! He is courteous, patient, has excellent product knowledge and is appropriately persistent without pestering. Mark has introduced us to others at Donovan and I feel like I will be treated as a family member by everyone! Mark has thanked us repeatedly for our purchase, both via email and with a couple of hand-written thank you notes. Don't know what they are doing. Ru. Away from this place. The technicians are far from professional. Bought a new gm crate motor from my truck and it destroyed itself as soon as the mechanic installed it and started it. I never was able to pick it up. They was the dealer to do the warranty work and they started it and half way through decided to deny the warrant. They had my truck in a mechanic bay with a lift. The lift was all the way on the ground and the wheels and tires was off my vehicle and they lowered it down and it was rested on my rotors with a lift under the truck. Who does that. They pulled my front differential out of the truck and threw it I. The bed. I have a oil pan full of bolts for everything they tore apart and nothing is labeled or separated. Just horrible treatment and attitude. I don't trust this company anymore and will probably stay away from general motors if they don't address this issue.

Searched their website and saw a 2023 Nissan Altima 2.5 SR listed at $22,575, with only 13,000 miles on it. Went to the dealership yesterday (7/23/25) to test drive the car, which seemed to go well. In fact, I got all the way to the financing portion as I intended to make a purchase. They provided an Experion Report on the car with some details of the previous owner (rental company in New York). Purchased at auction... etc However, the dealership DID NOT provide a Carfax report, so I decided to poney up the $45 myself to ensure that I knew what I was buying. I'm GLAD THAT I DID!! The Carfax report showed this vehicle was reported in a car accident 😳!! "Moderate to Severe damages to the front end/front driver's side of car" When pressed about the wrecked car information that WAS NOT DISCLOSED TO US BEFORE WE WERE LOOKING TO CLOSE THE DEAL, the salesman stammered and studdered his words. The young man left the office, and an older gentleman (his boss) came in and explained that they didnt know that it had been wrecked and something about it not being cost-effective to run Carfaxes on all vehicles. However, my friend quickly discovered on Kelly Blue Book that they had the car priced at the low end range due to severe damages (wrecked car / repairs pricing). I would think $45 a car is worth more than your company's reputation. Or You knew it was wrecked because you priced at that amount! You knew it was wrecked when you bought it at the auction. Just be up front about it and let me make the decision to buy it or not. Had I not run the report myself, I wouldn't have known that fact. Shame on you, Donovan, for not knowing (or hiding) that the car you tried to sell me was in a wreck! I do not recommend this dealership. I promptly went across town and purchased from another dealership THAT RAN THE CARFAX FOR ME.

I want to deeply thank Jeff Wake and his team for getting me out of a jam. My bride and I are traveling cross country when my truck started having electrical issues. I was a customer bought several cars there and had the oil changed for over 5 years and it was always great but this last time it was way more expensive and no check list was done or the usual wash and vacume wasn't done not sure if my fluids were topped off either shame on this service for charging the premium price for a subpar service.

**Do not take your vehicle here for service!!** I purchased a 2020 Acadia from Donovans a few years ago. I started experiencing a misfire and a few alert messages on my dash, so I decided to take it back to the dealership for service. I was told the issue was leaking oil and coolant, but that they could fix the issues and replace all gaskets and seals for $3k. Overall they had it for 5 weeks, and in that time, they said it was fixed and ready to be picked up three times. Each time I picked it up, the original errors and engine issues continued so I had to keep taking it back. They said it was sensors the 2nd time, and an alternator the third. Another $1k spent and still had the same issues. I asked if they had seen any other issues when they replaced the head gasket and was told they didn't actually replace the head gasket. When I reminded them I was quoted $3k to fix the issues and replace all gaskets and seals they acted like I was crazy for thinking that meant the head gasket too. This last time of dropping it off they had it for 10 days and told me "It would not be cost effective to fix, and won't be working on this issue anymore." I asked the service manager (Greg) for a refund and was told the GM said no. I asked to talk to the GM directly and the next day was told I could get a discount on the work and was refunded $600 of the $4k but that I couldn't speak to the GM. I have reached out to Sedgwick County Consumer Protection Division (they mainly deal with Scams and Unethical Business Practices) in hopes to get a better refund so I can take my vehicle somewhere else to get it fixed. In all fairness, I appreciated the loaner. However, the Terrain they gave me wasn't big enough to accommodate my family's needs. I asked if they had anything comparable to my Acadia in size and they said not at this time, but at least I had something to drive. Maybe they are good at oil changes, but I wouldn't trust their diagnostic abilities on anything above that. And when they say they will call you, it is rarely in the quoted time frame, if at all. Will repost what happens with the Sedgwick County Consumer Protection Division and if another shop is able to actually fix the issue. I've been told Christian Brothers is good.

Donovan's auto and truck sales have the cheapest administration/doc fee in town $349. And they have every car lot in the Wichita Administration fee posted so you can check them out. I would definitely go to Donovan's first. I had an awesome experience with Donovan's and my sales representative, Aneesa, was very kind and informative, and got me the best deal on my 2024 Ford Edge SEL in the process they gave me a copy of the service report and an experian car check which they kindly went over with me Clifton in finance was quick informative over every step of the sale to the handshake. And I'm definitely bringing back my business plus my family business to them. Highly recommended highly. All their used vehicles even the engine's were washed and detailed on all their vehicles that I looked at very, very clean. I looked at three vehicles total before I landed on the Ford Edge SEL all 3 were very clean and there was nothing wrong with them at all. None of this. We can get that fixed before you purchase it stuff. And I went to just about every car lot in Wichita. And I was even searching online until I came across Donovan's. Once again, thank you. Donovan's for all that you do you sell quality cars.
