We had our truck towed to them with the promise that they would fix the steering column lock today. That was before noon. My husband called after 4:30 pm. The person answering the call forgot about him. Another person came on the line, made it sound like it was funny he was forgotten, but went to check. She csme back and said "we are not able to get to it today". The reason was parts for other cars they were working on. When he asked when, she said next week. Let me explain: we are here on an emergency visit from Texas and have to go back tomorrow, since my husband, a veteran with PTSD, is out of his medications. That is why we made them promise us getting it done today, before we brought the truck to them. We would have went somewhere else, if they could not. Please also note, that they did not see the necessity to inform us of the situation. I think, they thought that truck is not going anywhere and we will make our money. Well, we had the truck towed back and a family friend, a retired auto repairs shop owner, will help us fix it!!!! Sad customer service.... they also tried charging my father-in-law when we picked the truck back up for towing the vehicle to them after we already paid the tow truck (we have the receipt)... BEWARE!!!!!

Terrible, I went in for a free brake check they broke eight lugs off and charged me $114.00 for the free brake check. I asked him why he did not stop after the third of fourth, he said he really wanted to check my brakes. He cussed, yelled and insulted me when I asked him to reduce the bill. I told him I would talk to the Better Business Bureau, he said fine he does not have anything to do with them anymore, to many complaints.

My family and I have been to PAR before because they keep the pricing reasonable. So I called them as soon as they opened to ask when I could schedule a repair for a power steering leak. I had to call multiple times before anyone answered the phone. When I got there, no one was at the front desk and the mechanics pretended not to see me. I finally flagged one down after 15 minutes. They called me an hour before closing to admit they still hadn’t looked at the car, said they would call me back. They never called — I had to call them and convince them to order the necessary part so I could pick my car up the next day. They wouldn’t have even ordered it if I hadn’t called. When I picked it up, there were new issues with my car. They fixed those issues for free, but shows they did a sloppy job to begin with. Very disappointed.

***** WARNING**** DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE to this PLACE!!!! I had an experience where i had transmission work done! They kept telling me to come in tomorrow be finished when i call! It took them almost 3 weeks. The people answer phone are unprofessional. My vehicle leaks fluids, transmission is NO GOOD! They were paid a lot of money for POOR SERVICE! Seeking another Auto SHOP to follow up on there SCREW UP! They act like it NOT THEIR FAULT! No Accountability!

The very first time we used PAR we had a good experience. Good prices and quick service for the most part...despite a rude receptionists who apparently has poor scheduling techniques... Well fast forward to recently when we had another issue pop up we decided to come to PAR again. Well after some calls to explain our issue and try and get the vehicle in we were told they would give us a call back to give us availability. We waited for over an hour for that call back (told it would be 10/15 min). OK cool. Felt ignored but were busy so it was workable. While waiting we experienced another symptom of the car acting wonky so we called to get an update and ask what might be going on now with thrle car given new data and the receptionists got rude with my wife during the conversation and hung up. I don't know if she took something the wrong way or what. BUT I liked Mike's (the mechanics) work and wanted to give em the benefit of the doubt. Few good ol boys around like him it seemed. Well I called and got Mike and he said he could get me in Tuesday. Said he'd give me a call when they got a bay ready and I could bring it in. Well I didn't get a call today so we decided to call them... ONLY to have the receptionists say I should have brought it in in the AM. They called me a "no call no show". Why would the man ask me for my number and tell me he'd give me a call when he got a bay open if I was just supposed to show up? Well this was the final insult here and to top it off Angie, the receptionists, denied ever being rude or snapping at my wife om the phone and blamed the missed appointment on me. Well I will never use PAR again and anyone who asks me my response is: STAY AWAY. Much better customer service elsewhere for about the same price and much much much faster.

Awful experience. They had my car for over 4 weeks just to still not know what the issue is after $700. No communication and will replace brand new parts you just installed to charge you more money. Stay away.

I just love John and his sister and he has a dam good 👍 mechanic every time I go there inget excellent service 🐕‍🦺 always too notch for the price hes helped me mummers of times trying to see whats up withnthem i know his health has been up and down I hope hes ok
