I have to say this is by far the best repair service I've run across. Being Christmas day, they came out to help us. Unable to get the parts that night, these gentlemen came back in the morning and fixed the problem. Made it to Alabama and back to Colorado safely!

This place is a fraud. BEWARE. Please do not bring your tractor to this so called shop. They had me spend money on a starter i didn't need, couldn't find the issue and left my tractor and driver stranded with parts all over the ground. Uncle Ricky's Repair had to come fix their mess, and after it was all said and done it was a $10 fuse. This shop needs to be shut down and not to mention the starter i didn't need they STOLE it, it was not in my tractor. BEWARE!!!!!!

I live in Oklahoma and was traveling to Hutchinson KS for my mothers funeral. I had a tire blowout headed north on I-35 about ten minutes South of Witchita at 6:00 in the evening. I called these guys and they completely went above and beyond. I bought a tire from Firestone on Kellog over the phone, these guys went and picked it up and brought it out to me on the side of the turnpike!! Cesar tried swapping the tire out with old one but couldn’t get it off the rim because it was aluminum. He took my wheel and tire ALL THE WAY BACK TO WITCHITA, mounted my new tire and drove back out on the turnpike and fixed me up!!!! AMAZING PEOPLE and I’m sooo thankful!!!!

They are a great company to work with. They went above and beyond the normal call of duty and gave my driver a lot of help. And there prices are really reasonable. They are very considerate and helpful. Will work with them anytime I need help in that area

So I am in Wichita, KS and while sleeping my semi shut down. I Googled repair places and found this “24 hour” truck repair and called them. Whomever answered the phone said they’ll “call their guy” and see “if he wants to work on it” and he will call me back. 1 1/2 later I haven’t heard back and I’m now freezing. Needless to say it’s a no go for me. I’ve read the reviews and so I figured I’d give it an honest go. I will post pictures as the owner seems to defend and shift blame.

Had a bad fuel leak on my F-250 and could not find the part I needed. Rick drive me all over to parts stores, dealerships, other repair shops to get what I needed. Super cool guy. He spent the whole day with me and made four trips back and forth to my truck. Didn’t charge me for all the mileage. Saved my family vacation from ruin on the fist day! Thanks Rick!

My husband blew a tire on his semi, unfortunately this was the only place willing to help. They wouldnt give him an eta, no communication, just kept saying we're on our way. He literally had been sitting for 13 hours when they finally showed up, and they showed up with a flat tire and didn't even have the tools necessary to change their own tires let alone a semi? So at three in the morning my husband is helping and providing tools to change their tires.. They took the wheels back to a shop I'm assuming to fix, lied about the time left him stranded all day. I dont know how this place has positive reviews. What a joke. 24 hours as of now and he is still sitting there waiting on the side of the road for them to bring his wheels back.

They have an incredible service! I spend thousands of dollars in Miami and in 5 different road service to fix a problem and none of them fixed. These people fixed it in one day! Very honest! Super cheap! I am from Florida but I will take my trucks over there for any service.

Well, i had a truck transmission issue. Google them David guys said yeah he can get it done. Paid Tow truck $890. 00 to tow my semi there. When we reach there. saw they just have a 1 bay door garage which the share with other mechanics. It took them 9 days and me call them more than 50 times to get transmission out. Bought new transmission for $3550 and they could not put it in. Total of 20 days in there shop and work not done. Frustrated call cops and removed (towed) truck and new transmission to Central Power ( Detroit dealer) to get it done. When tow truck came both guys ran away did not help to load transmission on my truck had to get the neighboring guys to help load. They lie like crazy. BE AWARE WHO YOU CALL. Looks like other ratings are their own. Look at his reply a total lie again. This guy lies so much. BEWARE of this place. All the pictures they have on the website is fake. They don't even have a Tow truck. I had to fill fuel once for their service truck.

Technician did a good job getting a tire repaired. The customer service rep on the phone was very slow to respond took forever for me to get an invoice to get company paid extremely expensive service for what was offered on the issue. Got a feeling the company wants the money but doesn’t need the service to be great

Broke down at 11:00 at night and these guys drove an hour to get to us, worked in freezing temperatures to get us going and wouldn’t quit until they got it right! More than fair pricing and Rick has tons of experience! We brought our rig for more repairs back to their shop and I watched rigs come and go. Lots of happy customers. Very different from most Deisel repair shops! David was super accommodating. I highly recommend this place and anytime I’m in the Wichita area this is where I’ll be getting my work done!

I called this company because I had one of my trucks down in Cunningham, Ks. The gentleman said he would send someone out to my driver, when the diagnostics was complete the gentleman said he would call freightliner and get the part. At this point it was after hours so I would have to pay the fee to get the part after hours. I paid the fee and the gentleman said his repair tech would be back at my truck by 7 am in the morning and when the repair was complete he would return the core so I wouldn’t get charged for it. The next morning I called to see if the tech had headed back to our driver and the tech did not get back to our truck till 10:30 am. So I paid the extra fee to get the part after hours only to have the tech not show up till 10:30 the next day. When the repairs were finally completed the gentleman called me for repair payment, which I did. I asked him to please send me all the receipts and he agreed. I called him the next day to see if he had returned the core, which he hadn’t. Two days later I called again and he said his tech had taken it back but I was still charged the core fee and still had not received any receipts as of yet. I call him everyday and ask for the receipts to which his reply is always “yes, I’ll get them to you today” that was 4 days ago and I still have no proof of what he did and what I was being charged for.

I really wanna go out my way to leave a good review for this company they really deserve 10stars for the service I received an I would recommend them for any mechanical or any service they offer because you can count on him an he is very knowledgeable an know his stuff he really helped me out of 2 jams an got 2 trucks of mine back on the road the same day / I been trucking for almost 20yrs an the task I needed done on these trucks if I was anywhere else would have took days to figure out the problem an even more time to fix this guy is a stand up guy an worked hard to get my drivers back on the road an went out his way to do so 💯 percent his company deserves my time for this review an I hope an pray his business gets much success because he really deserves it so if you are in the Kansas area an need any work done I guarantee this will be the route to go I’m from Detroit area an this guy here is literally the truth hands down an these are facts 💯👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿

David and his crew did a fantastic job on making a bad day into something that is a great memory for our family. We were returning home from our vacation. My family and I broke down and David came out quickly and we were hoping for a quick fix. We soon found out that it was something more serious than something that could be repaired along the side of the road. David was very generous in getting everything lined up for us to help us get to the right people. He arranged to have us towed to a great transmission shop run by a 83 year old and his family. David also arranged to have our camper towed to GREAT RV PARK so we had a wonderful place to stay. It was within walking distances of restaurants, grocery store and some shopping. We spent four unplanned days in Wichita and David called everyday to check on us. I run a business back in Iowa and I know how easy it is to forget the little things in serving people. David and his crew served above and beyond my wildest imagination. If in the America today all business would serve their customers like David serves then our nation would be a better place. I hope and pray that you will use David and His crew because he is a guy who is just trying to make a living and serve everyone that he can. He is funny, enjoyable, and I am glad to call him my friend. He started out as a stranger and ended up becoming a friend to me and my family. I am attaching a photo of my family as we played football in the ditch along the side of the turnpike while we were waiting for help. I hope you will use David and his services.
