I took my wife's Mazda 3 in for a door, fender and PDR. They did a FANTASTIC job fixing the vehicle. I also had them do a full interior AND exterior detail on the vehicle and I must say, it looks as perfect as it did the day we bought it. Sister company to Auto Craft. Work done on my SUV was unacceptable for them to think it was okay for me to pick it up like that. The rim didn't match. The paint had smudges and the moldings on the side had more smudges. My doors were still creaking. Had to bring it back for work to be done correctly. If the money were physically coming out of my pocket, I would be pissed and not recommend them. I will not be bringing any vehicles to them in the future if I need work done.

Although my vehicle looked much better, for the price of my detail job, I wasn't that impressed. There were obvious spots missed and there could have been a little more elbow grease applied on spots that I was able to take off with just my finger. I was disappointed but I would have to say that the customer service was awesome. I won't be spending that kind of money again for that kind of result.

Great quality for the price. There is a reason they are more or less the cheapest place in town, but that also does reputable and professional work. I just had my Corvette in for a complete front clip re-paint job last week, they messed up but notified me and completely repainted the bumper again before I took delivery. Their courier service was outstanding and i am very grateful, I was given a free ride to AND from my place to APR. both times being a 20 minute drive on their part. However, in regards to the paint job itself: my bumper has small pinch marks all along the border of the bumper, it looks like BB sized hail dents outlining the bumper. My front emblem was brand new as of 2 months before I took it in, when I examined it after there were deep scratches covering the surface, the paint underneath was faded and scratched somehow, the border is bent and scratched, and the glue underneath oozes beyond the emblem. I am honestly lead to believe that they put on a different emblem than the one that was on it. But beyond that, the overall paint it self is pretty great, not perfect, but great.

Called about getting an estimate for door repair on my truck, was advised to just show up. Upon doing so I spoke with the receptionist/gatekeeper, she wanted to know if it was a insurance claim which it is, but I still wanted an estimate and expressed this to her, she then decided to go on about supplemental claims to cover costs, which I was already aware of, but made no move to get an estimate performed. After 3 attempts to make it clear I wanted an estimate, I gave up and about faced to leave and the receptionist/gatekeeper let out a huff. (maybe she was having a bad morning???) For what it's worth I immediately went to 2 other shops who were happy to actually look at my truck and give me an estimate regardless if it was a insurance claim or not. But your receptionist/gatekeeper cost you my business, and any recommendations I would've been happy to give.

My wife and mother-in-law decided to surprise me with tinted windows for my truck. We showed up at the appointed time and the staff was friendly and professional. I dropped off my truck and let them do their thing. Unfortunately, once I picked up my truck, my wife noticed bubbles (good sized) were at the bottom of the tinted film. Since I didn't want this to be an issue later, we called them right away and the secretary offered recommendations to see what would happen. Since the bubbles didn't dry out and go away, we called again and they let us know to come in to drop off the truck to get the issue fixed. Issue is now resolved and I couldn't be happier. Reason for the 5-star rating: Friendly service (rare for a mechanic shop), and their willingness to redo the job to fix the issue without charging me extra for the fix. I could tell that they value their customers and they show that they want your repeated business. I will continue to take my business there when possible.

I just bought a used car two weeks ago. When I test drove it, I noticed a bit of a smoke smell but I figured it wasn't going to be bad and a bit of me cleaning it would get it out. Oh no. The dealership did a good job at masking if for a bit but when I got it home and had it parked overnight, the next morning was horrendous. Previous owner, heavy smoker. I have asthma and it started to really bug me. I had APR use their Ozone machine and they completely detailed the inside of my car to get the smell eliminated. I love it. Leather seats are all clean and they put a protective coat on there. The carpet was all shampooed and the headliner was cleaned. This place does a fantastic job at interior detailing and removing the smoke smell. I am completely satisfied and the price was so worth it. Now my car smells like a bunch of cherries. FYI: I tried baking soda, cutting a few apples in half and placing them everywhere in the car, bounce dryer sheets and the car spray that says it will eliminate the smell....none of it worked. I am one happy lady. Thanks APR! Great job!

I had my Lexus repaired at their facility, it was hit on the front end and looked worse than it actually was, Scott assured to me it would be fixed right and put back to the way it was before my wreck. I got the car back and was extremely happy with how it came out. My car was nice and SHINEY after they were done, they also did it very quickly. I will be back if I ever need to repair my car again. Called asked if my vehicle can be picked up from a location to have window tint done. Said yes and set up an appointment a week from that time. Explained what time the driver needs to be there and a price was agreed upon. The day comes and no driver shows. I wait till later in the day just in case maybe they got backed up. I call and say hey I had a scheduled time for you to pick up my vehicle and have window tint done. No one made it so there must of been confusion or was forgot to put on the schedule. No problem I’d like to reschedule what day works for you guys? At this time I was told they don’t pick up vehicles.... odd other ppl at the store seem to believe so and I’ve had multiple previous clients of theirs had the exact service done and I’ve personally had my clients vehicles picked up... damn. Didn’t reschedule

APR did a great job on my window tint! They gave me a Lifetime Warranty in writing, so no worries if I ever have a chip or wrinkle in my tint! I dealt directly with the owner of the place and he was great with his people skills. The work they did was very fast. I dropped my truck off at 7:45 AM and they were calling me at 8:40 AM to say that it was done and ready to be picked up. Great people, Great Product, Great Price(best in town)!!!

Didn't fix it right the first time went back told me they would order the parts to fix it here we are 3 weeks later and can't get a call back and apparently they use used parts and but charge new prices with out the option to get new coming directly from one of the employees. I can't speak for the other locations as I only delt with this one. If you want it fixed right the first time definitely keep driving past this place. Each video is a different side of my car. I've never been so disappointed when they put on such a great show that I would be taken care of!
