Brought my car in this morning to have the a/c serviced. Wasn’t too hopeful about coming out of the fix financially unscathed lol. Chad is seriously amazing at what he does. My college aged daughter went looking for a close by mechanic and somehow ended up at this shop! As a Dad that lives out of town I super appreciate the owner! He helped with an earlier issue that just needed some fluid and sent her on her way. But today we had a big issue with the car. Couldn’t even get the car to the shop on its own. We had the car towed and I meet him with my daughter. All I can say is wow! Most places would try to gouge a female student but not here. He fixed the water pump and found a wheel bearing going out that one place tried to gouge 1k out of her. Do not hesitant to have your auto work done here. Thank you for everything!! Thanks for getting her back on the road quickly.

Best mechanic I’ve ever been to and it’s not even close. Chad is always able to diagnose the problem immediately and give it a quality fix for a fair price. He goes above and beyond, explaining the issue and how to fix it. He also lets you know what will need replacing in the future without trying to push to replace it before it needs to be. The most honest and straightforward mechanic there is and works quickly too! I’ve recently moved to KC and have had to have one thing fixed here for double what BC auto would’ve charged me. If I’m ever back in Wichita and need a fix I will without a doubt be returning to BC auto for it.

This is one of the most dishonest shops 've ever been to. When he was fixing my air conditioner which had to take it back twice and then he had bad excuses. he unplugged my headlights and then when we take it back up there to ask him to just check the fuses or see what the problem is he immediately told us that it was the most expensive fix possible and he would not even come out and check the fuses. My son-in-law finally looked at it. And saying they were both unplugged. Unbelievably dishonest
