Well. I love how this is humorous to you. It seems like there’s a lack of professionalism. 🤷 any who, tbh it just all seemed untruthful. I spoke to your husband and he told me one thing. I call back speak to the wife and then all of a sudden things change and he gets right on board with wife. Smart man haha. I get it. This is more of a coaching for you. Conversation with husband was positive and I guarantee I would have purchased from you all. As soon as wife got involved everything went down the drain and customer service was terrible. Most likely some people may ignore my comments and go about there way in making it up there. But I have the opinion that your going to take this feedback and approach this type of scenario a different way next time. If so, your welcome. Came in looking for a wheel stud and initially they sold me one but as I was looking at it after the purchase I noticed it wasn’t quite right. Brought it back in and they did their best to find one that would fit. Despite their efforts, they did not have one and were unable to order one. They were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful folks. Seems like a good group of folks and I’ll keep this place in mind if I need anything they may have.

Never had a bad experience with Redline! Mike is a very helpful and kind hearted man I could talk to him for hours I went in for a new throttle cable and could not have been happier with not only the quality but the price! this is a great place to do business with and would 100% recommend cool places like Redline are hard to come by and I am happy they are still in business after all this time!

These people are some down home, good and honest people. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the front door with smiles and a good country folk HOWDY… They could have sold me smaller wheels and tires but explained why I didn’t need them and that it will not solve the problem. They were so knowledgeable and could tell me all about my go cart being from the desert storm era and knew all about it. GREAT PEOPLE AND HONEST PEOPLE

Wish I could rate them lower. Staff has little to no knowledge beyond what a 15 year old boy knows, they are rude and will only do things if they feel like it or want to. Will ignore customers, disconnect the phone line, and lock the doors to avoid answering questions they don’t know the answers to. Absolute joke of a company, and I personally can recommend multiple websites where you can buy the same exact parts shipped to your front door for a fraction of the cost of what they try to charge here. Overpriced, under trained, and just poor customer service in general. Every time I’ve ever purchased something there I was grinding my teeth the whole time as the older gentleman who runs the establishment talked down to me and insisted he knew more about what I was building than I did, even though he has never seen it. Yet when I ask him to help me with something and show him a picture he says he can’t help with something he’s never seen before. Then why did he have so much to say about my other project he hadn’t even seen a picture of? Absolutely terrible and a disgrace to the power sport community of Wichita. Stick to changing mower blades old man, that’s all you and your cranky wife are good for. 👍🏽

Bought a Mauyama weed eater here every spring I bring it in and they check out adjust carburetor and put new sting on no charge. I’ve had this about six maybe seven years The primer build split on it took it in not only did they replace the bulb but they replaced the lines on it to. When I asked how much to my surprise no charge Can’t say enough good thing about Mike and Redline. Great people great service

This place is a scam sold me a 35 size chain for 50$ it was spray painted bad quality and had so much grease everywhere it turned rock hard it is a old chain and they tried covering it up. I bought a clutch for 60 dollars I asked if it broke for being cheap could I return he said no and was rude about it it blew up in less then 2 weeks trash. asked for a tiny discount and he said only if I spend 500 or more and smiled customer service sucks and scam for parts and way over priced. Would not recommend this place at all.

I bought a kart for my boys from Red Line and the boys have been enjoying. We had the clutch messing up on us with getting to hot and bounding up on us, it’s been a few months since we bought it and was expecting to pay something but I be damn, they replaced it and do a little extra maintenance on it at no charge. Absolutely blown away from their great customer service and their knowledge. If you’re looking for people that will take care of you and act like the moms and pops stores like back in the days, then this is the place to go for your Kart or mower needs. Thanks again guys

Worst experience with my grandsons. Went in to purchase tires and rims today, the owner told me his prices. I contacted my husband by phone to discuss and we decided not to purchase at Red Line Go-Kart. I told the owner Thank you as we were walking out of the store, I said maybe we will be back… the boys picked out a bigger go kart. This is the response the owner gave me in front of my kids” oh I doubt you’ll be back for that 5000 dollar go kart if you won’t even buy those tires and rims and I bet you don’t even have a 3000 dollar go kart”. I replied the reason we aren’t buying here is because my husband can get it for half of what you are charging and you are right, we won’t be back to buy a go kart here. He was yelling across the parking lot as we were leaving about his great warranty and service. Abosulte teaching moment for grandsons regarding customer service and manners.

Was looking for a go kart for my boys and did some research online to find the one I wanted before I went in. On the manufacturers website the model I was looking at the MSRP was $2,299. I got to the store and was shocked to see this owner had that same model listed for $3,995. When I asked the owner about the price difference he got very defensive. Then I mentioned the dealer just south of here in Oklahoma was selling this one for MSRP he said “great go buy from them then.” That’s exactly what I did. Rented a trailer from U-Haul for $16 after tax. Spend $40 in gas. A few hours of my time and I saved well over a $1,000. Don’t waste your time or money just go to Bartlesville Cycle Sports in Oklahoma.

I first purchased a string trimmer from Red Line over 10 years ago. I have now purchased a go-kart for my grandkids, and two farm karts for our 650 acre farm. I depend on Mike for product, maintenance and parts. I have always been treated with respect and professionalism and received fair and equitable treatment. For example, I recently returned a farm kart to Mike that needed maintenance and he turned it in as a qualified warranty issue instead of trying to charge me for it. I highly recommend Red Line for honest sincere service.
