I had an oil change Thursday. Their payment system was having issues. To the point that the manger asked for photos of my debt card. I complied. Afterwards before leaving i told the manager that there was two pending transactions. They said they would have the extra charge off that night. The next morning I called and they called the general manager whe said they would have it off by the end of the day. I had an appointment that evening. Now here it is Saturday and it has posted to my account. A double charge. I feel lied to. The had all of Friday to correct this like they told me they would, but no..... What would you do if you were in my shoes? I better get my next oil change for FREE. The guys in the shop and manager have been great. The managers above them.... Lied and dropped the ball. Debbie Meke sure you have cash and get a receipt.

I want to thank Brian martin for replacing my brand new 3 yr warranty 650 cca battery I'd just purchased from Walmart.. still had a receipt for..for the old 540 cca unwarranted battery that had just enough amps to meet the regulations it takes just to start my car and keep it running .. something Brian tried telling me after I found out he'd removed the battery..my car can't run with a 650 cca because it's regulated to 540 cca ..so he made sure I met regulations ..of that minimal 540 cca my battery has to have to even start my car ..but thanks to Brian I now know I was wrong about thinking a 650 cca battery would be better ..and I want to make sure to really put a thank you out to the kid filling in for Brian that day ..without him I wouldnt have known right then that you'd removed my battery ..running short on time..so I'll just add this ..crawl under your car before you leave and look for your catylitic converter..if it's removed ..that's an original part ..I don't care what they try telling you ..your entitled to receive it as an original part removed from your car ..so ask them for it ..

Double charge for an oil change. After speaking indirectly with the regional manager, I was promised the double charge would not post through my account. Today it posted to my account. Make sure that you take cash and get a receipt. Don't use your card Debbie No one is giving you a good review that gives you a 1 star. There are no "0's"

I am highly satisfied with my my recent visit to Meineke. Chris was so professional and very nice and communicated very well with the situation of my car. One of the car techs who worked on my car, Vernon, was in the office when I came to pick up my car. He explained to me the work that they did and how they test drove it to make sure everything was working correctly. This is a good group of guys and I will be sure to keep bringing my car here. Meineke is a great company and they know how to take care of their customers and deliver outstanding service!

Excellent experience here. We were in town for a wedding, and the tire light came on in my son's car. I turned to Meineke Car Care for help. The manager, Chris Clancy, and the crew were so helpful. They got me in right away. I was offered a drink while I waited, which wasn't long at all. They put the car up in the air to get the best look at the tires. It turned out one was damaged and they were very kind explaining what was wrong and even offered a place for me to go to get everything taken care of. I offered to pay and the manager said, "How about a high five!" It was a stressful day and they were helpful and kind. I can't recommend them enough.

They used to used be cool. But now they suck they charged me eighteen hundred dollars for a catalytic converter replacement. The part was four hundred dollars. How labor is fourteen hundred dollars I will never know. Im definitely not going back there.

Wouldn’t recommend they refuse to honor their own coupons. It stated $59.99 for a full synthetic oil change and my car needed another quart so they charged me $80 for the oil change, $20 for one quart of oil is insane. On top of that I booked online and received an additional coupon for $5 off for booking online that clearly states it can be combined only for the employee working to say I don’t know why it says that I don’t know how to use more than one coupon all in all would not recommend save the time and headache and go elsewhere.
