Took my Triumph Bonneville Bobber in for its first scheduled maintenance. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. It was also about $100 cheaper than I had expected. Overall I'm very satisfied with the service on my bike and the customer service was excellent! Thank you Brian Walker and the rest of the staff.

Wonderful group of employees working here. They were able to get my mototec scooter back together after I had needed to replace the back tire. Even went out of the way to reattach the light that had come off. Easy to work with and very kind! Will definitely taking my scooter back there if it needs work in the future

Great shop to get all the parts you need for about any bike! Jacob is a great team member to work with there!!!! I can't say enough about him. He will help you find the parts you need quickly and if he can't he will even direct you to where you can get them that day if you need them in a pinch. He's great with ordering things and always stays on top of his game. He always makes sure to follow up with you on your orders and takes the time out of his day to notify you when your parts are ready to pick up. It's tough to find those qualities these days and Jacob hits it right on the head. Definitely a great guy to work with and a good store all around. They have a nice selection of both new and used bikes and ATVs. Will definitely be considering this store when I start looking for another ride!!

Bought new side by side great sales. Had top and sound system put on and all service done by their shop. Was happy this far. After less than 800 miles fuel pump goes out and they wouldn't warranty this cause I took apart in 10 minutes. There parts people would not call back I had to do all calling then part finally gets to there shop after a month I paid extra to have shipped to my house and 5 days still not here.

I recently bought a GSXR 1000 that needed some work and Biker's Edge is the only Suzuki dealership in Wichita, or anywhere close. I was very hesitant about bringing my bike there, as their reviews were not so flattering. I ultimately ended up taking it there, and they really impressed me with their customer service. The same day I dropped it off, they immediately started working on it, and I got a call that day with a diagnosis of what was wrong with it. The turn around was really quick and their communication with me through the process was on point. Don't be afraid to take your bike there. Brian the new Service Manager and Matt one of the mechanics are stand up dude's, they are really trying to turn things around there.

I entrusted my bike to this place with the expectation of receiving a birthday present in the form of their services, relieving me from the task of doing the work myself. However, despite having my bike for two months, their actions were limited to conducting two compression tests (despite claiming they would only charge me for one, I was billed for both tests) and changing my oil and spark plugs without my consent, even though I had just done so before bringing it to them. They did not understand the issues with my bike and resorted to guesswork and replacing parts. Furthermore, they quoted me over $1500 to clean and reseal my tank. When I retrieved my bike, they told me I needed a new engine. Dissatisfied with their services, I took matters into my own hands, disassembled the bike, cleaned and resealed the tank, replaced the fuel pump, and had it up and running in less than a week, spending less than $150. Essentially, I ended up paying over $600 for nothing more than an oil change and spark plug replacement. And whenever I wanted any information on my bike I had to call, they never called me. Needless to say, I will never return to this establishment and will actively discourage others from taking their bikes or ATVs to Bikers Edge Powersports.

Ruby is a very low pressure salesperson and I very much appreciate that! She patiently worked with me for several weeks before I finally pulled the trigger. Many phone calls lots of questions were always met with her pleasant style and personality. She took me back to the shop where I met a couple of the mechanics and they were very helpful and courteous. My overall experience was so good I named my bike after Ruby! Thank you!

On October 8, 2024, I brought my UForce 1000cc to Biker’s Edge in Wichita, Kansas, for dash repairs that I was explicitly told would be covered under warranty (by Logan). But instead of doing the right thing and waiting for authorization from the warranty department, they jumped ahead and did the work without approval. Now, I’m stuck with a $260 bill because the warranty department refused to cover it. Why? Because there was only a loose nut behind the dash, and no parts were broken. So now I’m out $260 for a loose nut. This entire situation is beyond frustrating. I made it crystal clear that this needed to be covered under warranty, but they chose to do the work anyway, without confirmation—and then expected me to pay for it. And as if that wasn’t enough, it took them two days to even find my warranty in the first place. This is an absolutely ridiculous way to run a business. When you take a vehicle to a dealership, they at least have the decency to check out the problem, call the warranty department, and let you know what’s covered before they touch anything. But not Biker’s Edge. They just do the work and stick you with the bill no matter what. It’s a joke. Customers should be able to trust that warranty repairs will be handled properly, but after this, I’ve lost all faith in their service department. And here’s the kicker—when I went to pick up my vehicle, they told me the warranty claim was denied because the warranty department wouldn’t cover it. I called the warranty department myself and found out the real reason: Biker’s Edge labeled the issue as an “adjustment.” If they had simply told the truth—that the gear shifter was getting stuck in the steering wheel—they “would have covered it as a safety issue, no problem”. That was the exact words that the warranty department. This isn’t even about the $260 anymore. It’s about the dishonest and shady business practices at Biker’s Edge. Clearly, they make more money when they bill the customer instead of going through the warranty process. I will never set foot in this place again. I’ll happily drive an hour to another service department that actually values their customers and doesn’t screw them over. If you are looking at using them you should first look at their negative reviews and the answers that Lowell and Brian respond with. They are always blaming something or someone else. Avoid Biker’s Edge at all costs unless you want to get burned like I did.

Went in to look at a nighthawk with the intention of purchasing it that day (after emailing it with no response, then calling in about it with no luck). Was told they were getting the break handle fixed and the part should already be there - but that they would call me back when it was ready (would’ve bought as-is). I waited the weekend and just called them back just to be told the bike has already sold. Whoever the tall guy is with the glasses and the Rolex - poorly executed mate… I have employees in high-school that have better customer service than you.

Great shop. They 100% support the backyard mechanic. During a long road trip on my DR650 the mechanic Tom gave me some free advice when I had questions. Logan also was super helpful when I got my oil change kit. They also oiled and greased my air filter for free with the oil change kit. This is the dealer you want. The old school way. Not trying to scam you, but genuinely help you and support you when you need it. I've worked in powersports and few dealerships are like this. You won't regret working with them.

Had less than stellar experiences here. Low inventory and a very unfriendly feeling sales floor. They've posted AI generated political stuff in their Facebook too.

I was coming back to Ohio from a cross country trip. Tires were becoming an issue so I called Logan at Bikers Edge. Really just great guy who delivered what he promised. If you're ever in Wichita and need bike help please call Logan. As I say, great guy and great to work with

Friendly staff, less than desirable results from the service. Asked them to investigate a clunk noise, suspected bearing going bad. Techs diagnosed 'chain slap' and charged $65 diagnostic fee. After picking up the bike, the rear wheel was shaking and clunking so I pulled the rear wheel to find an exploded bearing. GM said no refund as the wheel had been removed - nice excuse.

My wife and I bought our new bike here and we really enjoyed the whole experience. When you walk in you know right away the store is ran by people who are not only knowledgeable about their bikes, but also enjoy riding them. Since our purchase I have had new pipes and other upgrades done to the bike and the mechanics and service personnel are top notch. They are helpful and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend considering Bikers Edge for new bikes and equipment and also servicing your current ride.

Ordered some parts from them there were some hickups . Brian took care of us well and got everything sorted out. Pictures are all the morning of the Newton toy run 2022. We had a great time a little chilly though. Started at Bikers edge in memory of Mr. Kemps son Wayne Kemp.

Still working through some issues on a brand new machine. Brand new 400asi and every cold start sounds like a rooster..terrible. I called Suzuki and they won't warranty it. They said the awful noise is normal during the break in period. I am so frustrated that I am having issues with a new unit off the show room floor. I will say up to this point Corby, Logan, and Ben have been very pleasant and easy to work with. I know it's not their fault the machine has a wobble in the tires and the starter sounds like crap.....this story is not over yet.......stay tuned. Bikers edge has been very compassionate about wanting to help with the NEW atv issues. This unit was a transfer from another dealer. Very impressed by the actions from the service dept. I may not buy another Susuki, but I will definitely go back to Bikers Edge for my off road needs.
