This location is fast, efficient, and talk about COURTEOUS. I had a scheduled appointment at 4:30 for an oil change. I walked in at 4:27 and walked out at 5:24. Aaron was professional and friendly, not just with me but also with the other customers who were in the lobby and also with the customers he spoke to on the phone. And yes, I was eavesdropping ๐

Scheduled an appointment and asked if wex cards were accepted and told they were. Took my car in 1 hr before my appointment at 10 am to drop off and asked that it be completed by noon and was told no problem. I called at 115 and told they got behind so another 45 minutes. I show up at 4 pm and car still not done. I try to pay and I'm told wex cards aren't accepted. I told him i was told they were and he said he hasn't ran one before. 1 hr later, I still can't pay and my car still isn't done. The kid calls the person I originally spoke with who is on lunch and still can't get it to work. I ask if I can just pay a different way but I'm told they will figure it out. Guy gets off lunch and still can't get it. He tells me he will just give it free. 20 min later I get my keys and leave. About 25 min later he called wanting my cc#. A week later mgmt calls wanting me to pay after I was told 3 times it was free and I offered to pay a different way but was told it was fine. So I paid.

I had two services in a row go terribly at this Firestone location. The first was replacing engine coolant. I was below the minimum, and brought it in to get it replaced/filled. When I left, it was still under the minimum and I had to bring it back to have more added, and made me wonder whether they forgot to do the work (since I also had them look at the A/C) or just filled it poorly. The second time was bringing it back for a scheduled appointment to fix the A/C where they had given me both a quote in advance and claimed to have ordered the part in advance. After dropping the car off, they called me back hours later telling me they didn't order the part and that it'd take 10-14 days if they ordered it today, and could not honor the quote they gave me three days earlier. An occasional mess-up happens, but twice in a row is unacceptable.

Hey, I like these guys. They are fair and I think their prices are decent. I told them the issues with my car and that my budget would only allow me to fix the most serious problems first. They worked with me and I will definitely be back. I trust them and trust is the most important factor when it comes to automobile repair.

Joe, Sam and his crew at Firestone are awesome. They treat their customers and commercial accounts with dignity and respect. Theyโre upfront about the costs and the repair processes. There might be a delay in getting an appointment since theyโre always busy. Highly recommend this place.

Only giving 2 stars because the man who I talked to was polite. Otherwise, I will never bring my vehicles here again. I dropped my car off to try and figure out why it was over heating. I told them my 3 concerns. The man at the counter took my notes, I handed him the keys and left. He called later that night saying they were having issues finding the problem and wanted to keep the car for a second day. I agreed and made arrangements to work. After keeps the car for a second day they called back. Said my car was rusty and they could not put it on the lifts. they did not diagnose anything. They basically told me what was wrong with it, which was everything I told them. (car was overheating, rotors were wobbly) The only information I got was the AC was fine and yup, car was overheating they did not know why and could not find anything. My car has been in shops a lot and no one ever told me they could not put it on a lift. I went and picked up my car, contacted an actual shop, out of town, they got me in, found the issue in less than a day and had no issues with it on a lift. Rust is there but not horrific. I would not trust these guys with anything more than breaks/tires/oil change. Maybe.

They said that due to a simple nail in the tire it couldn't be fixed and therefore needed to be replaced. The salesman knew I was from out of town and late for meetings and absolutely shook me down for $111 and change. He KNEW I had no choice and did not offer to let me keep the old tire (that was less than a year old). I will be sure to inform everyone I know to avoid Firestone when considering tires due to the predatorial business practices.

Scheduled an oil change for 1 PM. I left to go back to work after dropping it off, but did not hear anything from them for 2.5 hours, so I decided to give them a call. At 3:30 they said that I was up next. Still heard nothing by the time I left work at 5 PM. Went there and they still said I was up next, decided to take my car and leave instead. I have never had to wait more than one hour when I have gotten my oil changed at other places.

I hope they knew what they were doing. I was told 45 minutes. I left 2 hours later for oil change and tire rotation. They seem to overbook customers, therefore causing extra long wait time. Tito and Jesse were both nice but seemed to be overwhelmed when handling customer issues.

I had a flat tire while visiting town and was completely overwhelmed. Joe truly went above and beyondโhe got me in quickly, helped me figure out a solution, and was incredibly patient throughout the entire process. He even stayed with me to ease my nerves while we worked it all out. Thanks to him, we were able to track down a tire for my car, and Josh got everything back in place in no time. I genuinely canโt recommend these guys enoughโthey turned a stressful situation into a smooth experience and made sure I got home to my family safely. Thank you guys!!!

Extremely disappointed. Even with a lifetime alignment plan, I waited over two hours without a single update while my car sat for a scheduled 12 appt.. This location consistently feels disorganized and the staff seems unsure of their own processes. My time was completely disrespected today. Avoid this branch if you can.

I had a Saturday appointment at noon for four new tires. The weekends are usually busy so I was expecting the service to take an hour or maybe up to two hours if an alignment was needed. I waited in the lobby for the car. My car didn't get pulled in until 12:45, so almost an hour later than my appointment. My car did need an alignment but it wasn't finished until 3:20 and then no one told me it was done. It wasn't until I looked in the parking lot and saw it there, that I went and asked them if it was done. The time was 3:40 and I was furious. I have never had that type of service from Firestone and I've been buying tires from them for years. If someone would have told me at the beginning that they were running over an hour behind I could have made plans to have someone pick me up. Waiting for 3 and a half hours for a service that should have taken two hours is more way more than frustrating. I know they were doing their best but no one apologized for the excessive time. To top it off, when I got in the car my TPMS light was on. It was on when I dropped the car off and no one reset it or even mentioned that it was on and they couldn't do anything to clear it . Their customer service on this visit was the worst that I've had from this store.

I called ahead and asked if I would be able to just come in for an oil change within the next 15 minutes. I was told, that would be fine as they were not busy and oil changes don't take much time. After sitting in the lobby for almost 2 hours, I ask if my car would be done soon and I was advised that they hadn't even started on it yet.

I had an appointment at noon for tire installation and alignment. I went to my car and had a flat. Jesse was able to move my appointment and get me in after my tow truck arrived with my vehicle. He was very friendly. They were quick to get me in and it is the cleanest car repair shop I have been in. Everyone is super friendly. They were very good about communicating with me through the whole process. I would recommend coming to this Firestone on Greenwich!
